I'm really happy that there will be a fourth season. Prime deserves it.

I love the series, flaws and all. Sure, a LOT of boring, pointless filler eps. But when there is a story arc, it usually has you on the edge of your seat. Overall, the series is written well, it's just that the pace needs to be picked up a bit. Not so much crutch reliance, either.

But it is pretty to look at, especially on Blu-Ray in full HD 1080p. Mmm...HD... *drools*

You got that right, it is gorgeous in 1080p.

Hey, no series is perfect. It's not secret these days that G1 was far from perfect, and not evne Beast wars is without its own share of flaws. It's okay to still like something, warts and all.

I'm going through and watching all of G1 one right now... Just got through Season 1. My, what a terrible show! Lol, take it with a grain of salt, though. The dialogue in the show is ridiculously hilarious and the quality is poor. Granted, as a child, you don't really care about that stuff and just think, transforming robots are awesome! Still, it's nostalgic, and it lightly grazes the surface of things that inspired future iterations and comics.

I feel Prime has been a great example of paying homage to G1 but has shown how much the series as matured. I hope this series sees a Season 5. Cutting it off at season 3 would be a shame, but 4 seems reasonable to me.

but joking aside, artistic wise the pic is GREAT!PROFESIONAL GRADE, but its lack of the decepticon vibe of: "i am going to kill you now" is totally lacking.
