Hey, this is kinda old news but I saw nothing here about it. Bandai will be adding Sailor Moon to their S.H.Figuarts line to coincide with the new series that comes out next year. The reason I'm posting this is because so far they are only producing Sailor Moon but if it proves popular, then the other team members are likely to come along like what they do with Super Sentai teams. As a male fan, this is great news since I want to have Sailor Moon figures but don't want to buy dolls. BTW, I think Luna looks incredibly cute.

I hope we get at least a Mercury. I have so wanted good Sailor Moon figures for the longest time. I hope she comes with some cool accessories.

Personally, I want Mars. I always like her in the show and manga. Give her a "Begone evil spirits" tag, pen, broom and shrine. Venus with an optional Sailor V mask, Artemis and pen would rock too. Mercury with her visor, computer, pen and school books sound right as well.

Alas, I have never watched Sailor Moon, although I do intend to (not the dub though, goddmanit that abomination was bad...)

These figures look cool, looks suspiciously similar to a Figma though. Still, this is Bandai, so I expect the quality will be great.

Yeah, stay away from the dub version. It is a shadow of the original and was incredibly dumbed down for the young female audience in the US. It was also highly censored too. Such things like Uranus and Neptune's relationship. While in the Japanese version they are romantically linked, in the dub version they are cousins. The season one finale is in two parts for Japan, in the US it was compressed into only one episode that was so fast it made little sense.

I like that S.H.Figuarts look similar to Figma, it means I can put her on the same shelf without her looking out of place. She can also take part in some action scenes too.
