It has nothing to do with the microbots, they were in the story as a part of the stories sub-plot.
It took almost 3 episodes to figure out on how to eradicate them cause they keep on regenerating and growing more.
Sari is a Pretender or a Techno-Organic. She is reversed egineered from Megatron's Head.
I doubt she is 100% cybertronian, so this would make here sort of the offspring of Megatron more than Isaac Sumdac.
Also it can also be confirmed she is not 100% human but yet she has human characteristics such as getting a cold and regrowing her hair.
So I say the suit is not 100% fully robotic as you can still see her hands, legs, feet, and arms and some of her hair still remain intact.
Think along the lines of a Terminator or the Borg from Star Trek-The Next Generation Organics mixed with Robotics.
But it is still going be cool on how they will explain her in season 3.
I just wish that they voice actors or someone from the show will do some more interviews to give us some more insight and info on this.
Instead of making us stratching are heads until season 3 rolls around spring/summer 09.

sari is wearing a life support suit.prolonged use of the key has almost fused the suit to her.at the end she sacrifices her humanity to save everyone.after that the robot shell satters and shes all human now.

To me anyways in the artwork shown she seems to be at least 17 or 18.
She really doesn't look that much older. Being around 14 or 15 seems a bit closer.
