Anyway...Episode before last on
Toonami Jetstream - Lost and Found - had Ratchet talking about leaving Earth because of how dangerous 2 packs of giant waring robots can be. Maybe maybe they do in season 3, take Sari with them, and this stuff is her outfit while she's off traveling through space with them.
(I'm assuming the don't leave Earth since Lost and Found, here. If they do leave between then and season 3...I haven't actually been watching the series on TV because, well, don't have any cable at the moment. Think they air it in the morning, anyway, don't they?)
My vote for the HOF goes to my favorite Transformer, Kup, to the Headmasters (who still need new figures that aren't just the characters without their master components) and to seibertron.com for for being the ultimate TF resource.

Also it looks a lot like a copy of Nanosec's armour, only with a faceplate.

Sari annoys me to no end. IMHO she's the worst kid of any the series and she's one of the 2 things that I still really hate about Transformers: Animated and the other is the SUV villains.
I'm hoping that they do a time jump about 10 years for season 3 and make Sari an 18 year old (Issac upgraded her body to give her the appearance of an 18 year old) who is a robot wants to be human and have her become friends with Blackarachina (who has mutated more into an organic-like transformer) and wants to be robot again.
That might be a nice storyline.

OMG! MY EYES!!! They cannot handle such immense fail as that! I am now blinded!
As if Sari wasn't annoying enough as a bratty little rich snot-nosed child....I cannot fathom the epic levels of annoyance with her being/becoming Transformerized!

It does look like Sari is 10 years older thus making her 17 or 18 years old now since she was 7 or 8 years old in season 1 & 2.
I think we might see some sort of time jump in Animated.
After the events of a Bridge too Close prt 2 years have passed and the transformers and humans now live in peace. Will for a little while anyways.
We then jump to a Space scene and a Battle ensues between new transformers Rodimus & Cyclonus and their battle continues on Earth.
It is now 10 years into the future Sari is now 17 to 18 years old leading a normal teenage life and attending High School and driving Bubble Bee to school.
