5:30pm - 8:30pm : Preregistration / Contests
All preregister attendees, guests and Dealers need to arrive by 4pm to be checked in to their rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Savannah/Midtown and come to Ballroom B to get their preregistration packages and badges and Submit their contest applications for the Art, Costume and Custom Transformers Contest. Please note this will be the only time we do preregister packages and hand out badges the entire weekend.
9pm - 10pm : Tailirine Irene Free Preregister Attendee Concert (one time only event)
Join Savannah, Georgia native, Tailirine Irene, as she rocks out The Grand Opening of Savcon the night before the Convention even starts! along with playing her more widely known tracks she will be rocking out some of her Transformers material too!
The Tailirine Irene concert is only for preregistered attendees, anyone that does not preregister before the May 1st deadline will not be able to gain entry to the concert.
No better way to make history in Savannah than a Savannah Native!! Don't miss it!
MegaToyFan.com will be having a parts party in their hotel room after hours. location and time of this event will be announced once MegaToyFan.com has checked into their hotel room.

9am - 9pm : Dealer Room Opens
Our dealer room opens one full hour earlier for our preregister guests to receive items before the General Public arrives.
9:30am - 11am : Autograph Session
Meet Gregg Berger, Neil Kaplan, Lee Tockar and Daniel Ross for their first autograph session of Savcon. This session is starting 30 minutes earlier so our preregister guests have the opportunity to meet the actors before the General Public arrives. Please note, Actors may require a small fee to have items signed.
10am - 7pm : Admission Booth Opens
All non-preregister attendees begin arriving. Our admission booth will be set up in the hallway in the middle of both Ballroom A and B at a cost of $15 per person (see walk in discounts on preregistration page) upon arriving all walk in attendees should note that without a ticket received from the admissions booth you will not gain entry into any areas of the convention. once ticket is purchased you are required to show it to security at each door to gain entry. we are not issuing replacement tickets if ticket is lost you will have to buy another. Tickets issued are only good for the day purchased and for all events that day, not both days.
10am - 12pm : Cosplay For A Cure (outside event)
Outside the convention hotel in the adjacent parking lot will be a Pink Fire Truck and Pink Police Car From the Pink Heals Tour for Cancer Awareness along with members of the East Coast Cosplayers showcasing some of the most original Transformers costumes ever assembled. They will be taking donations for Cancer awareness and you will have the opportunity to have your picture taken with your favorite transformers costumed character.
10am - 8:30pm : Bumblebee, Galvatron & Cliffjumper (outside event)
In the main parking lot of the hotel there will be three custom cars, Bumblebee & Cliffjumer, which are modified Chevy Camaro movie editions and Galvatron, A Dodge Charger, Modified in the colors of the Villain from Transformers : The Movie. Have your photo taken with the cars and see them in action!
11am - 12pm : Voice Acting Panel
Join Gregg Berger, Neil Kaplan, Lee Tockar and Daniel Ross for their first Voice Actors Panel session of Savcon. Come listen to them speak about Voice Acting and ask them the toughest questions you have always wanted answered about the shows and their projects.
12:30pm - 2pm : Cosplay For A Cure (inside event)
Cosplay For A Cure is a charity event selling donated Items to raise money for Pink Heals Tour for Cancer Awareness. All Items range from $5 to $500 all proceeds help find a cure and raise awareness.
1:30pm - 4pm : Autograph Session

2:30pm - 3:30pm : East Coast Cosplayers (Panel)
The East Coast Cosplayers are a talented energetic bunch that are from around the country with one goal "HAVE FUN" and look good doing it! Appearing at several Comic, Anime and Transformer conventions yearly, this group is not to be missed!
Listen to members of the ECC tell you about how they make their costumes and how to get involved in designing a costume for yourself!
4pm - 5:30pm : Costume Contest
Bring your best Transformers costume out and let Neil Kaplan and Alex Yu judge to see who has the Best costume of 2012 in the first ever Costume contest!
6pm - 7pm : Transcostumers (Panel)
This group is dedicated to having fun and bringing out the best in every costume they design. come join members of the mech/robot group TransCostumers as they discuss how they design their costumes shown all over the country at various conventions.

Alex Yu, Guest Speaker and owner of Ragin Ronin Productions. Being an aspiring Movie Director, Owner of his own Video Production Company, Youtube Vlogger and a life long Transformers fan.
His talents go far beyond the realm of just being a Transformers Fan. Alex does Hollywood Movie reviews via Youtube and has an abundance of followers he has named "The Ragin Nation!" Alex will be the host of his own panel named "Ragin Nation Live!" as he explains to aspiring Movie Directors and video vloggers the tools of the trade and how to achieve your goals, While also explaining what Transformers mean to him and his goals of Directing Movies. Being a Michael Bay and a Transformers Live Action Movie fan Alex will share with you how he plans to bring both his loves
into one vision for the world to see. Alex will also be hosting a Transformers Trivia contest during his panel and awarding prizes too!
8:30pm - 9:30pm : "Transforming Transformers: Making Tranformers Funny" (Panel)
Jon Bailey Crumpton (Jon3.0) Is a voice over artist and impressionist that has supplied narrations to DVD "Coming Soon" Trailers & Toy ads. Jon's Voice can be found on Star Wars : The Clone Wars speaking toy clone helmet too.
Jon will be doing one of his Transformer Parody videos filled with spoofs and humor you would expect from the videos on his Youtube Page!

This special Ticket booth will be for the Hall Of Primus ceremony which is open to preregister and walk ins at a cost of $5 per person (no special discounts) Tickets for this event cannot be purchased in advance.

Savcon's first ever Hall Of Fame award show. Join us in a "Casual Dress" award ceremony for our inductees. this will be one of our main yearly attractions where those in the Transformers Universe are honored for their hard work and contributions to the fandom.
