I have had this built for a couple of months now and wanted to share with you my scratchbuilt worlds smallest trailer for Optimus. I wanted to buy a trailer for him but just did not have the funds, so I thought I would try to make him one. This is my first complete scratchbuild and I had so much fun making it that I plan on making a couple more to improve on. I hope you all enjoy it. :) http://photobucket.com/albums/e251/reece307/wstrailor/

Ooh, nice job, and particularly impressive considering a) the scale and b) your relative inexperience with such things. Can't wait to see how you do with Marks II and III! :D
What did you make this little gem out of, by the way?

Thanks for all of the kind words and you hit it right on the money jimsloth! :D All of the red arm attachments are made out of coffee straws and the small straws that come off of cans of wd40 and stuff. The two different sized straws can fit inside one another decently tight. I put paperclip wire inside the wd40 straws and then cut around it to let the arms pivot at certain points. The entire trailor is made out of what I believe to be styrene and those fake credit cards that get sent in the mail. I was able to fit a seat and steering wheel inside of the cockpit and the grappling arm is able to open and close. The wheels are pencil erasers with nails stuck through them. I don't really like my paint job on it so I figure when I make another one I can paint this one black. Thanks again everyone for all the kind words!!! :D

To tell you the truth, I would like to build a couple more trailors to start with. I thought I would try to make them at the same time, not sure but it seems that would be easier for me and I tend to get bored easily. I would also like to try and build some armor for my wst ul mag. I saw one somewhere but I can't remember if it was a custom or one of those kabaya candy kits. It was truly exceptional though. What I would really like to do is scratchbuild a more cartoon looking reflector. The transformation of the toy looks to be easy enough for something that I think I could handle :? and I have always wanted one but never got him (I've still got my robot points and mail away certificate......Think they would send me one if I sent it in? ) As of now I am still working on modifying Cy. Downshift / Wheeljack. So much to do with so little time...

Trailer man! No "O."

That being said, fantastic work. I has even more features than the official trailer. I didn't think it would be possible to put all of those features into such a small package.

Whoops...
Had a little of that Arkansas slang come through....
Thanks for the compliment Devastator, your work on customs is truly inspiring!
