Sigh. Hope is fading for a new completed Dinobot team in toy form. :-(

I just thought of something, possibly others have had the same idea too:

I think we need (brace yourselves, I'm going to say it) another Bumblebee.
You know, something Scout/Cyberverse Commander size, to scale nicely with WfC OP and consequently FoC Grimlock.

Because WfC BB is too big.

Yes? No? Heresy?

You're right. But we also need a FoC Megatron, Perceptor, Cliffjumper, and the rest of the Dinobots & Insecticons. Also, a Skywarp and Thundercracker would be good.

a WFC styled Arcee would be all I'd need for that character. Assuming it'd be a good toy, and not...Airachnid 2.0 or something.

See, personally, I like my WfC Megatron, don't really care for CJ that much, nor the Insecticons (I know, this is outrageous). The rest of the Dinobots yes, possibly, but again, not overly fussed.

Now Perceptor would be nice..

As for the Seekers, I'm sure it won't take long for Hasbro to start the repaints of this new repaint line. (Unless it's Asia exclusive repaints. Which will then appear in the rest of the world once the line is over.)
They have 40 figures to fill in, and so far a good percentage is repaints/remolds/retools.

Another good idea, though to my knowledge no indication she's in FoC yet. Only listed Thundercracker & Skywarp cause they're straght repaints of 'Scream.

She's not. They said no fembots are in FOC. :POWERPUFF:

They said no fembots in FoC multiplayer customization yet. I don't think they said anything about Escalation/DLCs.

Well that's balls. Time stamp on my end shows he posted that on Thursday so I was eagerly waiting to see more today. Like the rest of the insecticons, dinobots, and Ironhide/Ratchet.

****, now we have to wait until wonderfest. Ha ha ha.

Q2: Which TFs did not make it into the game, and where would they want the series to head next?
A2: Arcee. Being a female character, her animation skeleton would have required twice as much animation, which was too much for their system.

Ah, that clears things up. Thanks.

But just what exactly makes females have twice as much animation? That don't make much sense.

Maybe slender (feminine) designs are more complex than blockier (masculine) designs.

Nah I played the podcast, and it cleared that up. Apparently, the bodies/skeletons are differently-shaped, so they'd have to redo everything for them.

Repaint or not, I actually want Ultra Magnus. I figure I'll display him with the prime from the last game, you know, the complicated figure that doesn't suck?

Then again, I wonder how many of these will be canceled before release?

I don't understand the appeal. The alternate modes look like a pile of parts with wheels and/or wings attached. Is it that the head sculps are similar to the original ones with the same name, and that's the appeal? To have yet another figure in different form? This is not giving collectors what they want, is it? What am I missing? I'm not trying to offend, I'm trying to understand.

I like the WfC/FoC style because it has a very "80's futuristic video game" feel (think: Tron).

SDCC Bruticus, Air Raid, Sideswipe, Kickback, Starscream, and Ultra Magnus

Soundblaster with Buzzsaw, Soundwave with Laserbeak, Rumble, Frenzy, Ravage, Ratbat, Grimlock, and Blaster with Steeljaw

are the Blaster/Soundwave/Billy/etc molds mistransformed in vehicle mode? it looks like the front and the top should clip together more, and if they do, I'll be pleased. Probably still get them regardless, but it'd be nice if they were good in both modes as well as having the "little dude" gimmick working for them. I assume Blaster's shoulders are only half-way transformed due to...Hasbrism but it does sort of set him apart from the Decepticon versions of the mold. As someone who can't transform all the way.

It's bloody terrible that we have to ask questions about what the toys should look like, when they're photographed from official displays.

Magnus, Sideswipe (Lightspeed), Fireflight/Air Raid/Fire Sale/Wing Saber and Starscream all look pretty good. I WANT Magnus. Will see how the others look, and how easy they are to get. Grimlock is a want too.

My thoughts:

1. Why does Ravage look like a coffee table? He's far too elongate, with big holes/spaces showing. Either he's badly transformed, or they just couldn't come up with a better form for him. The rounded look of Buzzsaw, Ratbat and Laserbeak works, though.

2. I guess FIRRIB/FIBRIR is solved now? Both TF:P Rumble and Generations Rumble are blue. Still, screw that, I'm going by the original toys' colorations.

3.Grimlock, both Magnuses, and Sideswipe are all must buys for me. And maybe Air Raid/Fireflight. I may get two each of Sideswipe and Air Raid and turn them into classics Technobots (Strafe and Lightspeed). Starscream just looks too stubby for my tastes.

Are those Hasbro products?

If they are then they are LIARS! The first video shows FOC Jazz with a bright blue visor, mine is BLACK and boring.
