I am having the same issue when trying to add a store.

Hey, whenever I try the smiley of the guy crying, it just puts this  up instead. Perhaps the code of one is the same name as the other? :BANG_HEAD:

I've been having a weird issue. Occasionally around 10:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) onward I have trouble staying logged in. I log in, go to the forums, post a reply, and I'm signed out again. Then I go sign in again and the cycle repeats. But it only happens very late at night, which I find strange.

Forums PM question

Hi,
When I tried to send 2 PMs, after I hit 'submit', they went to my outbox, but haven't shown up in my sent items.

Will my recipient have received my PMs, or do I need to take some other action? Thanks.

Problem resolved. I was on a super slow (think 'dial-up') connection and that somehow affected the synchronous duplexing.

I get a 404 page when I click on the "Bookmark topic" link. Known issue?

(I did search this thread for "bookmark" and nothing came up.)

Add store feature?

I've tried a few times to add a store location within a given chain. It never works. I get this error message. Is this feature broken, or am I doing something wrong? I've looked for threads that discuss this problem but none seem to contain a solution. Everyone simply stopped trying.

Add a Store to the Toy Sightings Section

There were errors processing this form:
\n

\n
Column 'is_active' cannot be null\n
The database could not be updated.\n

\n

Use the form below to add a store in your local region that is not listed in this section.

I've encountered the same problem. I hope a solution is found soon.

This is not really a serious problem but its annoying. I cant get my phone and computer to remember each other when Im using this site on them. When I surf Seiberton on my Phone I have to login to do so. Then when I go to my laptop I have to login again. Then later I'll go back to my phone again and have to login again....and so on back and fourth. The site wont keep me logged in. I always click the "remember my login automatically" button too and it never does. Is there a way to not have this happen?

And furthermore..... cant someone make a Seiberton phone app to help intergrade this website to mobile use. In todays Mobile world this would help the site become more accessible on different devices. It can be a pain trying to access this site from my phone. I have a touch screen Android so I have to Zoom in super close just tap a link, and there are a A LOT of tiny little links all over Seibertron.com. Its kind of a mobile mess sometimes. Im always accidently taping something else. And trying to type can hit or miss sometimes.
Im I the only one? :???:

Yeah, a lot of the smileys seem to not show up as the one you click but something else. Like I click "smiley stroking his chin like he's in thought" and instead I get "crooked mouth smiley" :-?

I don't think this is a particularly huge problem but since the site was down for maintenance the forums have been bahaving unusual. When logging in to discuss a particular topic I am taken to the forums homepage instead of automatically directed to the 'POST A REPLY' page for that topic. Also, even though I have the 'Notify me when a reply is posted' option ticked, I am not getting email notifications like I used to. Is there something I should be doing or is this an error with the site?

Please advise.

The news RSS feed is pushing out the top 25 news items repeatedly every thirty minutes. AFAIK until today it has only every pushed out new items, but now is pushing out the most recent 25 items regardless of if it has already done so.

FYI the feed in question is:

Just echoing that I'm having the same issue. I'm using Google Reader if that helps at all.

EDIT: Never mind. You have my sincerest apologies. It was the FoxyTunes add-on in FireFox being problematic.

Both issues seem to be sorted now. My thanks to whoever fixed them.

this feature has been fixed. In addition, I will receive an email notification now when you guys submit store locations and you'll receive an email when it has been approved. Thank you for letting me know that this feature was not working properly.

Wrong Store, how do I fix?

I just posted sighting 9 TF at a Big Lots in Fayetteville, GA... But that is wrong.

I found them all at TJ Maxx in Marietta & Kennesaw, GA. I intended to put this info in the 'comments' but I must've missed that option. How can we fix this, I don't want to mislead anyone.

Obviously though, it looks like TJ Maxx may now be carrying Reveal the Shield & Generations figures.

RSS Feed doesn't seem to be working for me. I am using Yahoo. Today, I tried to reload the RSS feed from your site, but when doing so - an RSS Feed for Apple was implanted instead. I tried it a couple times and got the same result.

Recently, since before this past weekend, the drop down menus on the front page are over lapped by the top news section. I'm not sure if it's a glitch in the website or if it's another glitch from IE9.

I posted what had the potential to be a very useful and dynamic thread and it has been unfairly removed.
