Couple of things for everyone to know:

1. Skype was not giving anyone great call reception the night we recorded. So...sorry about that. (It's not bad or anything, just a little more break up than normal)

2. We had not gotten the correct updates about the show exclusive numbers when we were recording.

3. Alternity Backstop requires his own page on the TF Wiki. If only someone would make this happen and defend it with their LIFE...

"And I usually like big bricks of plastic" - LOL

Buying Kingbolt now.

Kthnxbai.

Good, solid, opinionated episode.

Stop falling sleep robofreak. :KREMZEEK:

All this talk about customization on the Arcee mold made me start my work on my Animated Chromia, Moonracer and Nightbird

Do shattered glass fans really have a choice with this Galvatron? It's the only figure he's ever going to get.

Poor Mike, only guy who buys figmas and get's ridiculed.

Hey, I have a reason for that. (A couple actually)

1. I'm easily distracted by shiny objects.

2. I had sound problems on my end so I was on mute a lot. CP helped me out by giving a call out so I could unmute and speak up. It was either that or ruin the recording with the sound of an AC unit blowing the entire time.

Sorry about my audio problems, too.

Also, buying King Bolt right out from under Paul was the high point of my week. Sorry man!

That puts me at 7 of 15. Mike's ahead of me on DVD Microns by a few (4?).

So there's 15 of the things? I have none of them.

It wasn't too much of a loss for me though as I haven't really begun my Minicon collection apart from the US stuff. There are some other figures that I need to get first.

However yes, it was awesome cause I was close to buying it.

Yes, the first three figures came out attached to Micron Legend Volume 1. Each subsequent volume (2-13) had a single figure attached.

Sounds right.

I've named them: Heartache, Tumor, Gregory, and JerryCurl.

Heartache has to be the last Sonic Attack Jet (you need Twirl, right?).

Kind of surprised you guys did an episode just when Botcon was starting, it makes the episode seem already out-of-date coming right after the con ended.

Yes.

Tumor is the yellow fire truck, because he's an unnecessary burden on his family since they already have a yellow fire truck.

Gregory is the hovercraft boat and JerryCurl is the awesome helicopter mold.

Good episode guys. I am glad to see them get a little longer while the vast majority of the talk was still about TF's. It was also pretty neat that Ryan was able to join you guys from the convention.

BTW, Razorclaw0000 buying that minicon while Robofreak was getting Counterpunched into buying it was epic.

I've decided once I complete my Alternators and get my Brave Maximus, I'll start my quest for Minicons.

I just realized.. 18 more Armada figures and I'll have all the minicons from Armada. At least I'm kind of on a roll.

I'm of one of those who's a bit disappointed by the toy-accurate colors on the show-accurately molded MP Rodimus Prime toy that Hasbro is releasing, and I get that there are those who want to have a enough differentiation between the two to want to get both, and that's fine. But there are those, like me, who do not have the money to get both, and only want one definitive version so that there is no need to get a second version when the perfect one has already been bought. That said, should I ever get any version of the MP Rodimus Prime toy, I'd wait and get the second run of the Takara one with its improved quality control, or not at all. Masterpieces are already expensive as they are (even the Hasbro ones), so getting duplicates of the same MP mold is just out of the question for someone in my position. :-|

I think what would be really cool would be if someone were to take the head of Kre-O Optimus Prime and use it to replace the head of Diablock Convoy, so as to have a fully transformable LEGO-esque Transformer with a really nice head to go with it. ;)

*hears his name mentioned* Huh, what? Oh, sorry, my mind kinda drifted there for a sec (multi-tasking here). Eh, let's see... "Zaur"? Who--? Oh, the obscure Japanese cassette dude (or one of them, at least). Uhh... yeah, "Zaur". No comment here. ;)^

Oh. Did not know that about Minerva's antennae being made by the instructor himself instead of Hasbro. Still kinda sad about missing out on it, though. :-( I love both Animated and Masterforce to death, so to me this figure thus looks really really nice. :D

Oh, DUDE! That would be so AWESOME if SG Thundercracker glowed in the dark! Didn't get the figure, but that would still rock! :D

Thundercraker has a red Con symbol. I held him at BotCon, but was kinda sad that he wasn't like last year's Slice, who could be both Slicer and SG Wheeljack due to having both purple Bot and Con symbols. Sadly, Thundercracker is only his SG self. :-(

"Donkey Punch"? Lolwut?

... ... Huh? Oh, another mention. Uhh... yeah. BWII Thrust. What you said. Right on. ;)^

Between Grapple and Grappel, which one do you think looks nicer? RtS or United? I missed out on both, so I dunno.

11 years of awesome, Ryan. 11 years of awesome. 8)

Did Jon do that closing voice over after the rest was recorded, or was that a recycled recording of his voice from before?

Nice job and can't wait for the next one. :APPLAUSE: :APPLAUSE: :APPLAUSE:

Jon has graciously recorded numerous samples for us to use.

the last pic with the BW and TFA Waspinator, what is it? Botcon exclusive or a promotion for possibly more production of those lines? I SOOOOOOO wish TFA would come back at least to finish off some of the figs we never got.

Thanks for the MP Rodimus color description. I know that people are already getting upset with the colors, but I don't think it's something to worry about. Hasbro will probably release it as another version down the road. The targetmaster makes it cool.

iGear stuff looks great. I hope they can pull through! If they are successful - this may turn the corner on TF fandom/collecting.

Regarding the Dino cassettes - I agree with you guys that I don't like the idea that these KOs will be indistinguishable from the originals. They should just make the packaging a little different so the people buying them wouldn't be fooled with thinking that they have bought the originals.
