You know that the 4 scenes totaled out to about a half hour of the film? I think that is enough time for most people to make a judgement. And your talk of payoff is silly, I know one of the people that went there personally (Seibertron) and have met some others that went as well. There was no money involved or anything. They (the film people) believe the film would stand on it's own two legs and they risked a bad reaction from the people that saw it, but they were right, it did stand on it's own to legs and got the reaction it did deservingly.

I'm still having a hard time getting behind this movie. I have a friend e-mailing me a copy of the Prime Directive script so that and Ryan's opinion will go along way to helping me sort things out.

I just read the Review by IGN and I think I'll keep drinking the Hatoraid can't believe they didn't read the script That's not Soundwave thats Blackout. Except for the 1st scene which seems action packed everything else pretty much reads like that crap in the script.

guys theres realy no need for all this hate twords one another.

i have high hopes for the movie still, but everytime a new movie related thread starts, it derailes, and people start bashing eachother, usualy not about thier opinions of the movie either.

once one person bashes another, then onother bashes that person, the everybody starts bashing eachother ><

^You're both correct, or you could have "black comedy" or "dark comedy". In all fairness, "dark comedy" and "black humour" are less common.

And Archibald is a bringer of sense and order; he's brought it to a plethora of past threads. He's quite well respected for it.

That what I thought. Now i havent hit up the ole wiki or nothing but I thought a dark Comedy is comedy with Dark serious tone throughout the move I.E Grosse Point Blank. A Black Comedy, is Comedy with Black Stars I.E. "Friday". But I could be wrong.
