So, I've been playing alot of Saints Row the third, and recently I noticed the STAG daedulous reminds me of the SHIELD helicarrier.

I want to know which one would win in an epic battle above any major city. (Like New York city or Steelport)

I'd also like it if anyone can provide more info on either of these great flying machines.
Mostly I'd like some basic facts about the SHIELD helicarrier

Neither could fly for a start. Stark's arc reactor is BS. They'd just have to destroy each other on the ground. Boom boom boomety boom. China wins. (Trump says 'CHIIIIINNAAA'.)
