YOU AMATEUR!
Of course you open them. Enjoy them!
You do what you will with your toys, but the fact you are asking the question meant that there's hope to save you.
First of all, do you like Transformers toys? You love to feel them, transforming them, posing them, even going "PEW!PEW!PEW!" with them? Just open them and enjoy.
If you bought these only as an investment, keep them sealed and in the bottom of a dark drawer away from sunlight and dust. Never to be seen again. Until you sell them. If you bought them just for that why bother? You know you can acheave the better results to make money by just investing them in various savings at your bank?
Sigh... And they are not even rare right now.
I too am guilty of keeping many toys sealed. Still, I have a rule. OPEN EVERYTHING BUT KEEP THE DOUBLES SEALED. See these DotM deluxes at 50% off? If you dont have any, grab every figures TWICE. Open one and keep the better card sealed. Transformers dont lose much value even open. Still, that way, you can ejoy your toys fully AND you keep some sealed just for the heck of it.
I got Masterpiece figures and even some G1 or G2 figures. They are rare and expensive, right? Those, I cannot have doubles. What I do? I OPEN THEM, I APPLY THE STICKERS AND I ENJOY THEM! But, for example, I may open one toy and keep the repaint sealed. For example, you can either open Starscream or Thunder and keep the other sealed. This way, you at least enjoy one version of the mold. I bought and open a old RiD Sideburn in blue, but I kept the red version sealed. That DotM Optimus Prime and trailer set was 50% off. So, I bought one to open and one to keep sealed.

Open and enjoy ALL your toys. Just keep the doubles sealed. The doubles you had hopefully bought on sale or for cheap.
Dont keep yourself from living!
