Shredder vs Sabretooth

They are fighting in the center of Tokyo. To win, one must kill or incapacitate the other. Neither cares about collateral damage or civilian casualties, obviously. They know nothing of each other prior to the fight. Nobody else will get involved in the fight.

You're making it sound like Shredder is some sort of chump. This fight would last for hours. But Sabretooth would come out on top because of his healing ability.
