If he isn't in the movie, could it have been a slight mistake, and could he actually appear in Prime? I'm probably really over thinking this, but still...

He is in the DOTM game, in the level where you play as Starscream and you are flying after Stratusphere. You end up killing him along with Breakaway and Air Raid.
