Ok I did some unpacking still have a long ways to go with planning the setup but here's what I got so far.



Ya it's a bit of a Decepticon theme so far but my Autobot G1's will emerge soon. Or rotate in a while.

Really looking forward to the final result, liking the selection so far!

Well I managaed to get them all out of their bins. Not sure How I want them posed/displayed yet but the actuall hard part is done.

My Megatron collection is about to get bigger as well as war/fall of cybertron generations. just waiting for UPS

Well I spoke too sooon. I received my 2 other Megatrons. Generations War for Cybertron and Generations...something else lol.

BIG UPDATE! posed some of my Prime/BW in a sad spot for now. Still have some BW to unpack which will probably stay in storage for a while I have, however, got more from the Generations lineup and have put them up for display. Really liking the Generations series, easy to maneuver and at great prices. Camera seems to have problems with clear focus. Time for a new one.

Well I finally decided to go for it and get me a Metroplex. Found two at TRU in Fullerton, CA, so now they only have one left. I thought Skorponok was big, this guy dwarfs him. He's really cool and a lot more stable than from what I've seen on some video reviews. Plenty of detail and his colors are very nice. My metroplex has a problem where I can't get his red eye lens to stay up. maybe mine is faulty but it's not an overall big deal to me. I haven't decided yet whether I want to apply his decals yet, I'm leaning towards "no" for now.

You can see that my G1 only goes to his knee and Skorponok goes half way up his thigh.

Well I finally made my first Masterpiece purchase and I couldn't be happier. TRU MP02 Soundwave is proudly being displayed in the dinning room china cabenet. I can't wait to see my wife's reaction when she says, "Where did that come from?"
anyways here are a couple lousy cell pics just after opening it.


And here's my current Soundwave collection minus my Generations FOC Voyeger Class, he's in his box right now. My next soundwave will be from animated.

The Masterpiece Bug has spread throughout me...
Just picked it up for an awesome black friday deal at TRU and best part about it is that I woke up at 7am walked in at 8 and there was no crowds.

Thanks, Soundwave is my favorite figure out of them all, doesn't matter from what era, he always the coolest toy for me.

And I just received Megatron a few days ago, he sure is big.

One problem I have on Megs is that his cannon arm doesn't latch on to his shoulder, almost as if the connecting tabs are different sizes. anyone else had this problem? and recommendations?

Went to Ikea to get a Detolf case, my wife then convinced me to get a larger display case. The plan was to put MP's and Chug in this case but it turns out my calculations were off and am going to need another one...which I really don't mind. However, now I'm thinking I'll get 2 Detolf's for the MP's so onlookers can see all around the figures and I can use this larger one for my G1, BW, and CHUG models. Anyways, here are some poor snapshots of it.

Found this guy for a sweet deal on ebay. Finally got ahold of this guy that I've been searching for months now.
