If you don't believe Bay, then believe paramount. They released a press release stating the Twins won't be in the movie.

The key word folks was PERFORMING. Yeah we know they are in the trailer. Those of you saying that we are just seeing what we want to see, that's bull!!! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT want to see those 2 a**-clowns in the third movie and even I can't deny that they are indeed recognizable in the hangar scene. However, we have yet to see them in any speaking scenes (thank Primus) and that is what will let Bay off the hook, or at least that is one way to let him off the hook. There is still a month and a half remaining and tons of movies have had scenes show up in trailers that were either altered or deleted entirely from the final cut.
Bay isn't going to pony up any cash because he's already got his assured win and I personally could care less who said what. So long as I don't have to hear Tweedle-Dumb and Tweedle-Dumber utter a freaking word in TF3, I'll be perfectly content.

I find it odd every statement reads "the Twins" aren't in it. May be nothing but has anyone stated that Skids and Mudflap will not be in the film? (Yes I know, they are referred to as twins.)

Honestly, I've given up caring or trying to keep up with the he saids/she saids. I do not care I'd they are in it or not.

At least they have shockwave,the wreckers(Heck they might even be more popular that skids and mudflap),wheeljack, and mirage

i really hope they're in the film, they had a pretty epic death in the book and stuff. bay said they wouldnt be in in transformers 3 on july 1 opening day, but its been referred to as dark of the moon, and is opening on june 29, so maybe they really will be in it

we will know in three weeks anyway

This could be just speculation but from my understanding they was filmed and was slated to be in the film but was cut during editing to keep up with the story. Uknown if they will even be mentioned.

actually thats ratchet, he got a new paint-job (which is still a ridiculous color), skids is rounder and has more black on him now
