Thanks for posting more of your South Carolina sightings everyone. I merged the two existing topics into one topic again. Keep posting those sightings to help everyone out.

Do any of you plan meetups with other Transformers fans?

Dude, the beach where I live is a giant tourist machine. As far as I can tell, there might be one other fan on the Grande Strand. I know this because the only figures in a wave I want are the ones I cannot find! :D I feel like I'm always 5 minutes behind the person I've come to call..."The Rival".

I shall you find you Rival, and when I do, I'm taking your shopping cart! MUWAHAHAHAA:lol:

I can tell you how many Transformers fans in your area visit Seibertron.com if you're curious. What city do you live in and what city is the next closest (just in case it's too small to show up with Google Analytics).

Really? Sweet! Myrtle Beach SC. I live on the southside in an area called Surfside Beach. I know there is atleast ONE toy collector (possibly a scalper) because figures like Generations Scourge disappear while the ROTF Mudflaps of the world smother my local shelves.

Meetups? Oh, man, I'd love to attend a Transformers meetup! I'm in SC for now, but I'm moving to Charlotte next week, so it'd be great to meet up with fellow fans!

Excellent news! I will be at the Myrtle Beach TRU tomorrow!

As a side note, I met a fellow collector that live in my home town of Conway! A member of tfw2005.com, I'm currently trying to get him to switch teams to TEAM SEIBERTRON!

There are two Grapples, a Lugnut, and a Strafe at the Summerville Ross(the one in Azalea Square). I didn't realize that they were only $9.99, what a deal!

Yes it is a helluva deal, especially considering the inflated Ebay costs! I was lucky enough to nab up a Windcharger at the Ross in Myrtle Beach for $5.00!!!!

Maybe the Generations Drought is over. There were 3 Wheeljacks, 2 Scourges, 1 Thundercracker, 1 of those really coveted Warpaths and all the Kups you could ever want at the Summerville Wal-Mart.

Awesome news! I gotta tell ya people, and you can take this whichever way you want: DOTM product is practically clogging the aisles of Grand Strand area Walmarts. Target seems to be the only store that isn't overrun with DOTM figures. I don't think this stuff is moving the way Hasbro and WalMart expected.

But the Generations and RTS stuff? Merely whispers and rumors.

As of Sunday morning, there were a ton of Transformers Prime: First Edition deluxe figures at the TRU in North Charleston. And quite a few generations figures at the TRU express at the Tanger outlets, if you missed out on any.

Just got back from Spartanburg Toys R Us. They had the whole set minus the Megatron. I called the Target in Greenville they had the following deluxes: 1X Cliffjumper, 1X Wheeljack, and 1X BB. The Spartanburg Target's DCPI numbers do not register, but they are listed as in stock on the Target website.
