As of Sunday morning, there were a ton of Transformers Prime: First Edition deluxe figures at the TRU in North Charleston. And quite a few generations figures at the TRU express at the Tanger outlets, if you missed out on any.

Just got back from Spartanburg Toys R Us. They had the whole set minus the Megatron. I called the Target in Greenville they had the following deluxes: 1X Cliffjumper, 1X Wheeljack, and 1X BB. The Spartanburg Target's DCPI numbers do not register, but they are listed as in stock on the Target website.

ALL Prime RID figures restocked (wave 1 deluxe, voyager and legion or legend or whatever) at Toys R Us in myrtle beach. Also had ALL the Bot Shots, so I scored them too!

From what I could tell, there was at least one of everything there, 2-24-12 7:20pm

Got the only Dreadwing at the Boiling Springs Walmart. The Westgate Walmart had one Cyberverse Skyquake. Other than that nothing new in the Spartanburg area.

Myrtle Beach SC Toys R Us had the scout and legend class GDOs as well as 3 Masterpiece Thundercrackers. I picked up the 4 scouts and the 2 legends that are not included in the Ultimate Transformers G2 pack. Prices are ridiculous. $56+ for 4 scouts and 2 legends....

Still have a complete set left as of 10/5/12 7pm.

Timing is everything Hansolo! BTW SC people. Myrtle Beach Toys R Us has 5 MP Thundercrackers as of 7:00pm, 10/12/12. Little exploited tip: TRU will ship from another store for free. If you want a MP TC, go to your local TRU, ask them to check the Myrtle Beach Toys R Us on Seaboard st. and get them to ship you one.

Just Moved to South Carolina near the Sumter area from Anchorage Alaska.

I was able to pick up a FOC Grimlock, LazerBack and Beast Hunters Shockwave at Walmart this weekend. Most of the stores in town only have BH Predaking and BH Optimus Prime left though. I might brauden my search out to Toys R Us in Florance or Columbia in the next few days.

Welcome to the state bro! Unfortunately, not a lot of us collectors here, but I try to keep the Grand Strand on lock. Let me know if you're hunting something specific and I will see if I can hook you up! Alaska huh? You're going to melt this summer! lol!

Thanks for the Welcome GetRightRobot. Also nice customs you have there!

I checked out Toy's R Us in Florance but they are mostly cleaned out of the big hitters. They had 4 FOC Grimlocks if anyone has missed out on him. I beleave there are three in each case so it's not so suprising he is so common. They also have a few of the redeco wave 1 Beast Hunters (Soundwave, Bumblebee, Deluxe Bulkhead, Starscream, and Wheeljack). Besides that just a bunch of leftover Prime Bumblebees and Generations Cliffjumper(the Prime guy with G1 esque head).

The big hunt for me this quarter will be the triple changers Springer and Blitzwing, but BH Ripclaw, Grimwing, and Ultra Magnus might make it to my shelves.

Does anyone Plan to make it to Charticon this year? It will be my first Con in over 10 years so I'm excited to go.

Yes the triple changers are on just about everybodies hot list. Not only will I be going to CHarticon (representing Seibertron in the house!) I will be on 1 or possibly 2, Q & A Panels if I can't talk my way out of them. I know Jon3.0 will be there along with Encline. I'm trying to talk some of my local collector buddies into going as well. Seibertron shows up deep!

Generations Springer and Blitzwing found! Yesterday, Surfside Target! $26 a piece. Totally worth it! Don't listen to negative Nancy's about Blitzwing either, he is fantastic! Buddy found them this morning in Murrells Inlet K-Mart too. Happy Hunting!

Well I didn't expect to find them yet, but I ran into a quadruplet of triple changers at the Sandlake Target just east of Columbia. I only had cash for one at the time so I picked up a Blitzwing and left both Springers for another day. Also saw THREE BH Shockwaves at the Sumter Walmart. He is much better than the FOC Shockwave from last year and will end up on my Neo Classics Shelf.

Sorry to say but MP soundwave already hit the shelves in columbia and florance, and they are all sold out already. Never got to see one. I've had to get my family to pick up one in Alabama. My mother waited while
They unloaded the truck to get one of the two they had in the store. The last one went to the store manager! Good luck finding this guy. He is a tough hunt.

Myrtle Beach came and went as well. Glad to say 2 of my local collector buddies scored theirs and I got mine from the TRU dot com. He's a slippery figure to get a hold of for sure, but rest assured, he is making the rounds. As collectors score them, the price on the secondary markets will lower with the demand. It's just a matter of time.

Quicky update, Target in Surfide SC had the entire run of BH Exclusives and IDW Generations. All gone. I gotta look out for my local peeps!

Thanks for the Heads up GetRight. I haven't seen any IDW figs in the center of the state quite yet. I'm sure they will show up soon. I might hold off on them for a few weeks though. I've got to keep my wallet full for Charticon next weekend!
