Also a subtle reminder of Megan Fox, or Bay's poking fun at her, however you want to look at it, at one point after her kidnapping, Carly was dressed in relatively the same clothes as Megan was in the desert in RotF. White coat, white pants, peach colored top.

That sounds really, really coincidental.

That's what Bay would want you to think.

I honestly can't understand why all the Autobots were trussed up all of a sudden as prisoners. I would have wanted to see them get beaten into submission then ceremoniously executed. I didn't want to be dropped into the middle of it not knowing how it happened. That is the only scene in the movie that didn't seem to truly fit w/out some scenes being omitted.

Yeah, dozens of Decepticon ships still in the air and dozens of Decepticons led by Soundwave and Dylan on the ground, having them in gunpoint. If one had drawn a weapon they'd all been slagged in a few seconds.

Although they(filmmakers) could have done it so that at least somebody(most presumably Bumblebee) would have objected to Que's execution, only to have Soundwave say: "You're next!"

And then, before killing Soundwave, Bumblebee would have said: "Correction, YOU'RE next!"

Weapon: Reciprocating Laser Cannon
They didn't surrender, Ratchet even fought back, but they were herded in one place.

That's a good question that WHY Decepticons are taking prisoners when no autobot ever had mercy in the movieverse for a Decepticon. Shattered Grass anyone?

What's even worse about this scene is the fact that there's something I don't know if any of you realized...

After BumbleBee saves Shia and Fergie's boy where they were both on the hood of his car when starcream explodes, the next scene that BB has is him just driving off then the next one is him being captured?

This sequence of events had some horrible editing...they should have shown/explained how they got captured...

This crap bugged me the most about the movie...

Indeed, optimus is executing transformers left and right, while the decepticons take prisoners
Decepticons actually hardly ever got any kills against autobots, for the most part, it coudl argued to be self defense.
Where was decepticons are killed while fleeing for their lives, or are completely incapacitated already and then, I guess we're suppose to see it as a coup de grace that is performed on them.

The autobots certainly seem more murderous than the decepticons.
Shattered glass doesn't seem too far off.
