None of the molds used for Robot Masters were used again for Classics. For instance, despite popular belief outside of the fandom, RM Convoy is not the same mold as Classics Deluxe Prime, though they share similar traits. Same goes for the Seekers.
Since you say not to care about scale, better get used to the idea of 1:32, as I don't see any upscaling being done any time soon with any mold.
