So is the general consensus that this is a legit never-before-seen unreleased toy?

Honestly, I look at it and it seems kinda ... plain. I like the chrome of course, and the face if it had red eyes, but in this case I'd have chosen the Hasbro version anyway.

The consensus is that we have no idea. The only person who is REALLY rallying for it being real is Primeultimus. Everyone else is waiting on pictures and some in-hand talk. However, if what Primeultimus says is true, and this fellow he's buying it from regularly deals in pre-release products, then it may very well be legit.

Nice figure. Don't care about the what's and if's.

I have the Hasbro version, so I personally couldn't care less. But it would be interesting to see these pics.....I'll keep this thread in arm's reach

But how much did you pay versus how much others will pay when it's released?

Too me this is great news for ones who missed out on the Magnus VS Skywarp set that was Target only and since that is costing $150 and up! This will help save money for others.
So, this looks great and i remember Magnus being all white, no blue legs and so on, and after seeing this, I'm considering getting another FP Armor set and just leaving Magnus in car carrier mode for display! And now this will be a REALLY good time for Takara to bring Prime back out and package with Magnus and sell them as a set! I could use another Henkie Prime for my collection.

Oh wow. You got that Target leadfoot too? I saw the prototype black henkei prime once... in 2008. It was $40US... should have picked it... That was back when leaked factory samples were everywhere...

Yeah my Holy Trinity of Cancelled / Proto figures will be Ultra Magnus Henkei , Proto Nemesis Prime and , Target Exclusive Leadfoot Deluxe.

The only other Proto / Unreleased figure I am after is the Blue Henkei Bumblebee which hopefully will pop up somewhere again.

Hate to bump such a old post but finally got my hands on a Henkei Blue Bumblebee.
