Also, why try taking away Magnus's inner robot form? It's a part of G1 too. =D

Yeah, saw that before. I really hope there'll be leg armor that bulk his thighs up. Their length though is fine, IMO. No shorter than MP-1's proportionally.

Oh yea, before anyone goes and complains about how stupid and disproportionate (holy sh*t I spelt this right without any help o_0) this looks, it's a mock up concept by the toy designer using a cut up G1 Magnus trailer.

All these talks on MP14 UMagnus really make me drooling Come on TTomy just give me my MP UMagnus V2, I've been waiting since MP2.

Well, if the legs slid into the shell a bit more, it's pretty good IMO.
Now, since they cut up one of their magnus, they probably keep a stash of other G1s somewhere...

I know its just a mock up using a G1 toy but that looks horrible. The legs are too short and an oversized torso. I hope, if they do make Ultra Magnus, they go along the lines of the Titanium where there is no white Optimus Prime and the cab transforms into the trailer like it was shown to do in the show.

I hope they keep Magnus's inner robot form, like the G1 toy and Dreamwave comic had. It would in theory be cheaper to make, since half of it would already be molded. Plus it would add to the toy without taking any aspect that the G1 cartoon version had.

I have assumed since Takara 1st said they would announce MP14 at TOKYO TOY SHOW that is would be ULTRA MAGNUS. They had announced late last year that they were already planning a new MP Ultra Magnus.

I do believe that it will be a white version of MP-10, but they will have his trailer be attachable armor.

It makes the most sense mould wise and cost wise, and with this they could actually have a U.S. Hasbro version released later. Just like they are doing with MP-10.

On a secondary note to all these MP announcements, I would bet money we will see a Sound Blaster repaint of MP-13 Soundwave...

I am very excited for this year and the Transformers. We have so many awsome figures coming to us this year, it is almost too good to be true. I really hope that Takara and Hasbro dont blow it this time.
