Yep and that's the reality of it Hasbro haven't really ever cared for the character would TakaraTomy think the same (i doubt it). The expenditure alone is too high 3 big figures all with different workings (ok two would be the same just reversed).

Personally, I would LOVE an MP Reflector with a working microscope. And it is true that nobody was really expecting Sideswipe, so that does throw a door open to unexpected characters. That said, I think Takara will likely focus on a few more cars to fill out the Sideswipe-scale figures. Back to topic, December, get here, Soundwave, get onto my shelf.

OK, I'm going to have get all of these. I want Frenzy along with Rumble and Ravage and will just keep Buzzsaw in tape mode inside Soundwave.

Most definitely keeping my preorder. Only tapes I'm not getting are the Buzzsaw + Blue pack.

Looks like Big Bad Toy store sold out of thier pre-orders at 184.99, and now they are back up at 199.99. Looks like they decided to increase the price by 15 dollars. I got my pre-order in at 184.99. Wasn't it even cheaper than that at one point?

when hasbro announces at TF in Feb that Soundwave will be at TRU.

Soundwave fluctuated in price in the beginning. He started off around $180 and BBTS said that was a placeholder and due to go down. Then he came down to $130 for a bit. Then 1-2 weeks later they apologized to people that preordered and said their orders were going up to $161.
