Weapon: Diffraction Sword
The Japanese are going to look at that animation style and cringe. I could be wrong, but I dont see this series being very well-accepted in Japan, not with such a strong history of beautifully animated giant robot series. They'll look at Animated, then at (insert any Japanese TF anime) and say "Those aren't TransFormers, let us show you how they should look" and they'll be right. What's wrong, Takara? You're usually the reliable one for high quality stuff.

I don't think it will be badly accepted in Japan, there are much worse animations there with good stories.

Still, I'm waiting for the mis-interpretations in "Animeated" :)
