Courtesy of the Cybergundam blog we the Takara Tomy solicitations for their versions of the Transformers Generations minions. They will be releasing these figures in Autobot an Decepticon four-packs. The Autobot set (TG-15) features Rewind, Eject, Ramhorn, and Sundor. The Decepticon set (TG-16)features Rumble, Frenzy, Ravage, and Ratbat. Both sets are priced at 2,980 Yen and scheduled to release on April 27th.

For those wondering Frenzy is the blue one and Rumble is the red one.

Basically the opposite of what Hasbro is doing. I don't care.

The bottom image has the Decepticon ones. The top one has their Autobot counterparts, Eject (blue) and Rewind (black)

It's clearly Bizzaro Rumble.

While the U.S. gets four 2-packs, Japan get two 4-packs.

These are very hard to get into as an adult collector.

They might be fun and chunky things to carry in your pocket as a very young child, but when you've had "better", these look very Playskool.

My fascination with the cassettes as a kid in the 80s was that they were so tiny.
Any love a kid might have for these would be squished by seeing the Masterpiece versions, no doubt.

Of course, the price of Masterpiece versions means their parents are probably not getting that for them. Also going for these is that they're colorful translucent plastic, a draw personally for me even at my age.

Masterpieces own, but these are ok for "the little ones".

What bugs me most about them is that they have so much size and shape to play with, but don't bother making them look more detailed, especially when you look at the wings being so particularly nonsensical.

That Ratbat is BIZARRO sort of hideous.
Ravage alt BIZARRO is kind of BIZARRO well done. BIZARRO. BIZARRO. BIZARRO i love you BIZARRO.

Rumble, Frenzy, Ravage and Ratbat? Eject operation interference. "First we crack the shell, then we crack the nuts inside!

Hideous. All of them in my opinion; I rarely say that about figures. As someone pointed out already, they are clunky and astetically are not that pleasing.
