Takara Tomy Website Update: Starscream, Kickback, Sideswipe, Ultra Magnus & Fireflight

Previously seen before at various online retailers, we have more official images of the second wave of Takara's Generations, Kickback, Starscream, Sideswipe, Ultra Magnus and Fireflight. Hasbro's Generations toys have been repainted into the caliber befitting Takara's toys; they feature the line's trademark metallic sheen. As for Fireflight, he has a completely different deco compared to his domestic counterpart.

These look awesome, I can't wait until they come in !

I find it annoying that Hasbro has to Photoshop their toys to make them look like robots and Takara just uses paint. Oh well, pricey I guess, but worth it (for me).

The "Fireflight" trademark can't be used by Hasbro anymore, hence the name change. "Firestrike" is the substitute name, but I can see why Hasbro isn't using it for homaging G1 characters.

So Hasbo does Fireflight and dubs him Air Raid and Takara does Air Raid and calls him Fireflight. That's pretty hilarious actually.

It's Air Raid for both markets. Some people just wanna stick to older incorrect names.
