Fresh from the Planet Iacon facebook page we have in-hand images of Takara's soon to be released Transformers Prime Arms Micron AM-12 Breakdown. So far Hasbro has made no announcements regarding a domestic release of this mold. Takara on the other hand already has three versions planned, this one, an Autobot Swerve repaint/remold, and Silas MECH repaint. Images mirrored below.

it would be a shame not to get this great looking toy state side.

No size comparisons? I would love to see how he stacks up to Bulkhead. The 1st Edition one.

Speaking of weapons, anybody know what his Micron's name, "Zamu", actually means? I know the Japanese word for rhino is sai, anything else?

a hammer(or is it a mace) like in the show would be my guess......and hope

It would probably be a retool of Bulkheads mechtech weapon but with a spinning hammer.

He looks amazing.

I seriously hope he does get a European release.

I think that the on-screen weapons, like breakdowns hammer, should be the secondary weapons (like rid prime's sword) and the mechtech weapons should be just some random weapon, seeing as it is now mandatory for hasbro to include some hunk of junk transforming weapon with every voyager if that makes any sense...

The near-complete lack of any translucent plastic in his arms tells me that this mold was made without the light up gimmick that EVERY American Prime RID Voyager mold has, which further tells me that this was made especially by TakaraTomy on their own without Hasbro, further adding to the mystery as to whether or not Hasbro will release this figure domestically.

I'd import this in a heartbeat, if I weren't so very incompetent with sticker application. Sorry Takara; no paint applications, no purchase.
