Well, it doesn't look to have the right kind of elbows, and I dont think the head is on any sort of rotating joint, plus the figures themselves are not poseable. But with all the possible areas to combine them, maybe it can achieve normal elbows. And yeah, even then, its abominus, its not a big deal if its got monster arms instead.

My response: These are Legions, not Deluxes.

Why would anyone think about Legions on the same level as one would a standard-sized figure?

My response: These are Legions, not Deluxes.

Why would anyone think about Legions on the same level as one would a standard-sized figure?

I was just stating that despite its lack of poseability, its still cool. Calm down. It would generally be desireable to have the most poseability, which is why so many people complained about the ppcs not having decent limbs. It could be the same reason people complained about other gestalts like Bruticus not having hands. This is the first legion gestalt, and so theres no "why would people think this" when there hasn't been any trend set.

Silly response, my friend. Don't need to take my issues with the figure so seriously.

Back in the day they were. Now, "Legends" is used for the Generations 2-packs and are sized between Legion and Commander.

Nope.

In order of size:

Legion/old Legends > new Legends > Commander/old Scout > Deluxe > Voyager > etc.

Cyberverse Commanders are slightly smaller than Scouts, as far as I remember. I can't check right now, though. :-?

I have neither of those. But, since I do see the Universe Legends Optimus based on his Generation One form almost every time I visit my local Dollar General, I can gather my bearings as to how much bigger he is.

Also, I like how Generations Optimus combines elements from both designs.

I'm a little disappointed that the colors look so similar to the regular Terrorcons... but overall, it's nice to see them all packaged together like this.

Of course, as I've only seen Hun-gurr ONCE at retail (TRU), I'm wondering what the chances are of collecting the Terrorcons individually. :???:

I've got a feeling that I'll see this gift set before I see the rest of the Terrorcons. Which would be weird. :-x

And annoying. As I've already grabbed Twinstrike and Hun-gurr. :-x

I'm not in love with the overall aesthetics (I prefer the G1 ape design on one of the terrorcons), but if there's any way to support combiners, I will do my part! :DANCE:

See, the irony is that I actually took a second to find the "proper" term to call them, and I still got it wrong??? :lol:

IMO, if they started as "Terrorcons", we still call them that. I mean, sometimes it's all about Trademark/copyright issues and Hasbro will change a name (i.e. Shockblast???).

So if we're calling Shockwave "Shockblast" in the Energon universe... well, that gets all sorts of confusing.

"Predacon" seems too generic as a term, but there's also some confusion with the original combiner, no? :BOOM:

Not that Hasbro has to stick to the original uses of a given name, but they're making things awfully confusing for anyone over the age of 10. :-B

Oh, and the "powered up" form was exactly what I was thinking when I saw these!

It's not copyright/Trademark issue. Hasbro already used the term "Terrorcon" for something else entirely in this series. So their homage toys to the G1 Terrorcons got added to the ranks of the new Predacon faction.

They didn't "start" as Terrorcons because the following already took possession of the name:
