Yeah, I thought about it. Not a fan of the head sculpt. I am usually a mold guy, so repaints/retools usually don't bother me. this time's different, for some reason...

I would be very interested to see how TRU handles this. They don't have an FE Cliff to replace Terrorcon Cliff with

As an update, I have spoken to another TRU representative about the status of my replacement FE CJ. She assured me it has been shipped and verified the item number as 10873210. This is the exact item number listed on their website, and I have confirmed it is NOT Terrorcon CJ. Will LYK when it arrives (hopefully in a couple of days).

I hope you get FE Cliff...but I got a feeling you're gonna get another Terrorcon cliff. This is what was posted on TFW2005 regarding the same item #

Yup. Saw that too. Crossing my fingers. If it's the Generations Asia Exclusive one I'd be happy. If it's another Terrorcon...

Update: no CJ yet. Called TRU for status update. Was told it wasn't shipped yet (?????), and the order is still open. was also told there are no more CJs in stock, whereas before there were about 130. Spoke to a supervisor who told me to call the number for online orders (the original person who helped me was from the regular cust svc number--not the online one). Called the online number and was immediately put on hold for 8 min or so before I hung up(runaround?). Called regular TRU cust svc number again. This time was told that another request to send the correct item (FE CJ) will be made (wasn't it made already?). I asked how that was possible when there are no more in stock, and was told the request will be honored since it is still part of the original order, and will receive an email when it ships. Of course, my question was never answered. Guess I'll have to make more phone calls and give u guys updates (if ur still interested).

I ordered the same figure thinking it might be a FE Cliffjumper, and it was a FE Terrorcon Cliff. There is no regular FE Cliff available on TRU at this time. I confirmed this with some inquiries at the local TRU stores.

I figured either way, I won. The extra FE Cliff could be sold online. The extra Terrorcon Cliff would become part of my zombie armada.

I just want TRU to stand by their word. When a cust svc rep says to keep the one I have and they'll send me the one I ordered i expect just that. Even if it doesnt exist I expect TRU to compensate for not giving me what my money paid for. Will hound them until they make good. Hopefully they will check what they advertise online next time and ensure they even have that product.

Update: called again and the cust svc rep needed me to explain the situation (who's taking notes here?). Once goin thru the song/dance, i convinced her to refund the value of FE CJ if TRU can't make good. She mentioned that another item is expected to ship in a couple of days (tho she's pretty sure it's not the FE CJ i originally ordered). She said to hold off for bout 8 business days and see if the item arrives. She said i will get my refund it it doesn't come or if it is still the wrong item. Got a reference number this time.
