Issue finally got resolved, tho i dd not ultimately get what i wanted. After a plethora of phone calls and run-arounds, TRU could not obtain the FE CJ. They therefore offered a full refund plus 10% off next online purchase. I also convinced them to refund the shipping as well since i could've gotten terrorcon CJ at local store. Good news is i got to keep TCJ and got $23 refunded back to me.

New question: should i use that $ to get RID CJ as well? I really dig the paint scheme more than TCJ.

Yeah. He's the next best choice. Actually, he's the only choice left in Deluxe scale that's not undead.
