To be fair in Prime Megatron has come back twice from the dead in the first season alone. He has killed a god as well (Unicron, or at least put him back to sleep) Can summon a army of undead robots, has Technoligical based weapons, and lets be honest is much smarter then Cratos. I still think Cratos will win but it won't be a cake walk.

The only way this could end in a tie is if both combatants die, and, as previously stated and repatedly shown, that is a minor obstacle for Kratos.

Unless megatron comes back somehow. I Just think megatron has an edge due to flight and brains and intergalactic weaponry. also, kratos would have stayed in hades the second time round, if not for gaiya's devine intervention. If he's wounded heavely enough, and no god helps out (And after the third game, no god would) There isn't really a way I can think of that he'd get out of hades after being torn limb from limb...

Kratos has flight, (Icarus Wings) intelligence, and divine weaponry. As do many of the Gods an Titans he's killed.

In the first game, all the help he had was Zeus digging a hole for him to get out, everything else was all him. In the second game, it was Gaia just telling him to stop moping around. In the third game, the only help he had was Athena giving him new weapons. All the help he's ever been given is minimal at best.

Kratos has the Icarus Wings. He can fly, but isn't as fast as Megatron in space-jet mode. That's really the only advantage Megatron has over him.

The Fusion Cannon becomes a moot point when you realize Kratos can reflect it back with the Golden Fleece. Then you get into his divine arsenal and pull out the Blade of Olympus...

Also keep in mind Kratos was a sucessful captain in the Spartan Army before becoming the Ghost of Sparta. He has the brains to back up his brawn.

All Gaia really did was give him a reason to continue fighting. Kratos has been to Hades at least five times. He's escaped every time (killing Hades himself on the last trip).

The best way to win against Kratos is to not pick a fight with him in the first place. Even then it's no guarantee he won't still kill you.
