TFC Toys have updated their facebook page with package shots of the TFC-007 Rage of the Hercules set. This set allows Exgraver and Neckbreaker's treads to be positioned on the shoulders of Hercules and comes with separate forearms to give a more G1 inspired look. The set also features a new gun, alternate head and face plate, and poster. The set is scheduled to release on August 7th.

And now I just cancelled my preorder with BBTS until I learn how widespread this issue is...

since it looks like a molding problem, I may wait for the eventual re-release.

It's an assembly issue...


The one on the left shows the pegs on opposite sides, while the left one shows both pegs on the same side. It's the one on the right that has the issue.

Anybody got pics of what it looks like with the shoulder extensions installed while still using the original treads as forearms? That's how I plan to configure mine so I'm just wondering how it will look.

How widespread is this issue?

We don't know as only blueben has reported that so far. I'm hoping to get my set tomorrow, if not by Monday next week. If I get it earlier, I'll post pics. RK just started shipping out stuff on the 29th of July (earliest in the posts that I've seen).
