Now if we could get as good at imparting Elementary Principles of Intellectual Property Law and Introductory Principles of International Trade Agreements we might have something going....
... like stopping people from asking why Hasbro won't or can't sue them, for starters. The fact it's not marketed as Devastator, it's merely our own interpretation as such, the colors and choice of vehicles can ruled as coincidental, and that the individual designs are completely original, make for a weak case for Hasbro.
