It would, but there's no way he'd be considered notable enough to the general populace to be granted an entry, which is why it was removed pretty much as soon as it was posted. He was a well-known Transformers fan - an enormous number of people, including the majority of the staff at Wikipedia, don't care.
He might, however, be a valid candidate for a Teletraan-1 wiki page...

God do I miss his work.. He was a great guy. Seriously a humble person, and one of the nicest guys around. He's truly missed.
