Civil War : Confession
Cap's body is laying at rest on the Helicarrier, Stark pays it a visit to "confess" to Cap his feelings, his motivations.
To me it all came off as condescending crap. 3/4 of the book revolves around Stark explaining (far from a confession really) himself and why he did what he did.
The last 1/4 of the book revolves around Cap himself, a few days before he's assassinated, put in jail on Rykers where Stark pays him a visit. Suffice to say Cap doesn't have very nice things to say to to Stark and if Marvel do things right they'll actually use what Cap says to build up a story about Stark which will lead to an eventual mental breakdown in the man. Because it seems that's where they're heading with him.
