Yup. That's true. And since he made an appearance in the Series Three trailer, that'll be happening soon.

Too obvious BUT it could make for a interesting story of him wanting to track down the other time lords..

Of course he could also say

"The master is alive"

Last rumour i heard about the new series of the Dr was that everyones favourite giant fire extinguishers are coming back.

Eh?

its a reference from the days when the darleks main weapons where CO2 fire extinguishers in the Peter Cuishing DR Who Movies

Yeah I thought of that too but figured it wouldn't have an emotional impact like "You are not alone"

could be "dont eat the fish" the doc then spends the rest of his lives not eating fish since the face of boe didnt tell him which fish..... scary huh? lol

seriously though i like the idea of "you are not alone" put it in early in the series and put the master un late and that could be the "badwolf/torchwood of s.3. the thing that keeps getting nodded at/mentioned all series but isnt revealed to the very end.

on a side note i could do with some help as this has been bugging me for some time now.
was the emperor dalek davros?
i know there is/was a seperate modified dalek which was the emperor dalek, but in rememberance of the daleks (on a side note if you havent seen this story you should check it out, if only for "unlimited rice pudding!") davros has made himself the new emperor and you can clearly see his eascape pod going before the hand of omega hits his ship. so help me! has anybody any ideas or links that might help sooth my soul?

Davros was essentially given up for dead then this new Dalek Emperor appeared and ressurrected the "threat" of The Daleks.

I don't think it was his first story appearance but it didn't take long for the top to fold back to reveal Davros encased in the Dalek Emperor body. What i'm not sure about is whether Davros was fully in control of his own mind or if the Daleks had brainwashed him to lead them.

The Dalek Emperor in the new series though as far as I know is NOT Davros but really just this big super Dalek who screeches a lot.

Dalek mutant floating in tank of fluid connected to that giant Dalek shell, and was not Davros. Davros's status at this point is unknown so who knows, he could pop up again.
And if they want him to be a suprise I don't think they would put him or the Master in the season 3 preview at the end of Runaway Bride.
You knew Sek was alive since he did a temporal shift at the end of doomsday.

I would hope that Davros doesn't pop up. We've got Sek now and quite frankly, with him around Daleks are finally a little bit terrifying.
