can't actually tell if you're being a dick or not because on one hand kitchen jokes are dickish but on the other hand you might genuinely think they're funny and on the third hand (???) "inferior gender" in the ladies thread that we're trying to get actual ladies posting in and on the fourth hand (idk just go with it) again you might have just been trying to make a funny
but taking your questions at face value, i don't use caps because i'm lazy and it's informal writing
Typically we punctuate questions with question marks (?) but I'll forgive you that one because you're clearly out of your comfort zone (the kitchen).
Thank you for your explanations, though I must admit I'm confused that you're too lazy to capitalize yet take the time to punctuate sentences and also at least attempt grammar at certain points.
Curioser and curioser!
rhetorical questions do not require question marks, but i guess if we're going to be humourless little twatknuckles here, it's actually spelt "curiouser".
and hey! if you want to talk about something curious
, can you imagine what it would be like if there were an equal percentage of women posting in the manly men thread as the current percentage of men posting in the ladies thread? can you imagine how you'd feel if they were all being your v.special kind of pedantic over whether or not someone uses the shift key and making HAW HAW SO FUNNY sexist comments the male equivalent of getting back in the kitchen?
haha how fun! can you imagine how friendly that would make that thread feel?
because that's about how friendly you've made this thread for women
feel. not a single one of the other guys currently posting in this thread has felt it even remotely necessary to make ****, sexist comments or act like because a woman is posting in a thread for women
she should "get back in the kitchen".
i dunno, man. does it make you feel big and super manly and way full of testosterone to come into the barely active ladies thread and make it an unfriendly, unwelcoming place with your sexist commentary and pointless nitpicking? i'm trying to get this thread active again so if there are any other women out there they might want to come in here to talk, you know?
you have your manly men thread, this thread does not threaten you for existing. besides, this thread? this thread is not for
you. this thread is for people like me. and for people like the other guys posting who don't find it necessary to do that kind of crap.
