The Manliest Thread On Seibertron - A Home for Guys Looking to Be Manly

Welcome to the General Discussion area where just about anything goes! This area is designed to discuss all matters and does not necessarily have to be Transformers related. Please keep topics relevant.

The Manliest Thread On Seibertron - A Home for Guys Looking to Be Manly

Motto: "At least the opening was good."

There wasn't a thread for us manly men on the first page, which I thought was EXTREMELY sexist and reverse discrimination at its finest. This shall be our new home. We shall discuss women, sports, women, alcohol, women, Transformers, women, TV, women, and anything else men like, such as women.

So, men, unzip your pants, grab a beer, and sit in a needlessly expensive leather seat.

It's time to party!

Well, you've got 1400 pages of it to read through.

I did meet my last ex in that thread actually. Yeah. Internet dating. Stupid mistake.

And BTW, after reading the title of this thread again, it reads a bit homoerotic...

Internet dating is bad because the old people put pics of themselves 20 years younger when they were still hot.

Homoerotic? I think you're overreacting. I can't blame you. Society conditions us to be afraid of true manliness. You know, the whole "embrace your feminine side" thing.

I will keep my pants zipped as well. ;)

To answer Tretop Maximus' question, the reason I didn't put a capital R is because I'm freaking lazy and didn't hit shift when I made my username.

Also it was before the time when we could change our usernames at will. I just haven't gotten around to it and probably never will. Besides all lower cases makes me stick out a little bit.

I'm not sure how we can take a thread that's so blatantly open to mocking seriously.

Plus I do my ... ahem ... manly surfing elsewhere ... if you get my drift.

I misworded myself. There was a time when an Admin had to do it. Now you can do it without asking an Admin.

Because when it comes to this fandom they're a minority who are often subjected to "whoah! Female TF fans! Can I see your boobies?".

So they started their own thread, and us Mods are able to keep an eye on it so they don't get hounded by dirty little pervs like Shadowman.

If you're an HMW Moderator, why is it you can moderate other things? Just curious, that's all.

This fandom? Dude, play any game online until you hear a female voice over voice chat. Every male on the server will suddenly revert to something out of the first ten minutes of 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Because Burn is just that awesome.
In all seriousness, all our mods have their own "specialties" (News Crew, Site Admin, etc) but as a moderator of the site they can moderate anywhere on the site, but they spend most of their time doing their designated role. At least that's what I've been told. Burn just likes to roam around. Some of them I don't see much in multiple forums, though.
But Burn really is just that awesome.
Please note: If you think I may be joking, I probably am.

What's up with all the talk about mods today. 2 threads on the subject and now this one is askgin about it.

Yes, the news crew have mod abilities. Anytim you see a user with a green username you can consider them staff and able to do what they feel they need to for the site and it's members.

Burn might be a HMW mod, but Burn does what Burn wants, when he wants.

He also owes me a sandwich.
