To be fair, we're talking about Back to the Future Part II. The original is the best, and it doesn't give us false hope of a world of flying skateboards and flying cars and nuclear powered trash cans.

Yeah, the 1st was the best, but the story flows together on all 3 so well, if you watched them without a break, it would seem like it's all 1 movie. After seeing the 1st film, I actually wished I lived back in the 50s. (I still do, but not just for that reason.)

Back in the day when they were relevant, I taped all 3 of them on a VHS tape back-to-back-to-back, cutting out the end credits of the first, the credits of the second, and the beginning credits of the third. It played like one loooong movie.

If I was born 40 years earlier, I would be 70 this year and I could die before this place really goes to hell. I could also live through some of the best and worst of the 20th century.
