And now to risk making myself look like a sensitive wuss... I beat the main story for Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker last night, and I admit... I teared up a little at the end.

Metal Gear Solid 3 still has the saddest ending IMO.
Just something about the way it all comes together. If you play through the whole game, the ending actually has an impact.

Did you get to the real ending, or just the false ending fighting peacewalker? And what about the monster hunter missions? I'de say you have work to do.

Yeah, Snake Eater had a really sad ending, too. And no, I've just beaten the final Peace Walker AI battle. I know I'm only about half-way through the story, but still. This ending got me for some reason. Maybe it was the inclusion of "Sing"...
