Six months ago I was around 285lbs, I considered that fat, the doctor considered that fat, and most women considered that fat.
Now I'm down to about 255lbs. Still fat but the stomach is looking a bit more flatter instead of flabbier.

I am worried that rice might have much arsenic (and I one those guys that is sensitive to ANY chemical in my body) and need a substitute. Also isometrics and interval training really helps with even only a little time, especially with your abs.

That's all I really have for you that counts for advice is just move around more. My best friend since we were babies is like over 300lbs but I have him walk with me everywhere like to the store or to parties. Trust me, It's working very well
