I'm 5'10" About 210lbs, but it's clearly all flab. I was called "sexy" by a female friend of mine in high school, and I was a good fifty pounds heavier then. Go figure.

Six months ago I was around 285lbs, I considered that fat, the doctor considered that fat, and most women considered that fat.

Now I'm down to about 255lbs. Still fat but the stomach is looking a bit more flatter instead of flabbier.

Not exactly sure....but congrats on the weight loss!

How exactly are you losing weight? Just eating properly or do you pump it out and the gym and BURN the calories?

:BLACKEYE:

Anyway, I consider myself fat, I'm 5'9" and weigh 220 lbs. Up until 3 years ago I was floating between 180 and 190, but then some circumstances caused me to start over eating, and even though I've stopped and I changed my diet, I still don't exercise so I haven't lost the excess. I need to get on my stationary bike, but I lack motivation. I'm much happier sitting in front of my computer and just talking about how fat I am. :-(

Mixture of both.

I changed my diet slightly. Instead of 3-4 sausages for breakfast 6 times a week (and bacon on the 7th) I do chicken and fish.

Lunch is chicken and salad, except Friday's, that's an indulgence.

Dinner varies but i'm trying to get more vegetables in and also have smaller portions of meat (i'm very much a meat eater)

I've reduced my consumption of bread massively.

I need to cut back on the junk food though. I'll sneak a can or two or three of softdrinks and a packet or two or three of chips.

I try to get to the gym 2-3 times a week, normally only for half an hour though but I normally (weather and alarm dependant) I do a half hour walk in the morning.

I,m 5'10", 190-210 lbs.

I usually eat rice and white 4-5 days. I only thouch junk food on weekends. I am worried that rice might have much arsenic (and I one those guys that is sensitive to ANY chemical in my body) and need a substitute. Also isometrics and interval training really helps with even only a little time, especially with your abs.

Rodimus may I make a suggestion, I toyed with putting an exercise bike in fort of my TV. Do you watching TV while pedaling an exercise bike might help you?

So from reading all that, I'm the only one who's not chunky? I'm 5f 11 and 160 lbs. And even though I'm a bit of a lazy piece of s***, I jog. That's all I really have for you that counts for advice is just move around more. My best friend since we were babies is like over 300lbs but I have him walk with me everywhere like to the store or to parties. Trust me, It's working very well

Arsenic isn't as deadly as you'd think. It's like mercury; yes, it's a deadly poison, yes, it can an will kill you if you ingest a small amount, no, the infinitesimal amounts in your food and drink are not enough to harm you. Arsenic was used medicine for several centuries, and a recreational drug for part of that time, and even today, bottled water is likely to carry trace amounts.

I resent being called chunky :( I'm 6'4" but i'm definately heading towards festively plump ;) Aparently rowing machines are the best for cardio and working all of your muscles in one go. That's what one of my fit friends told me, anyway.
