Somebody ripped a really low quality version to YouTube.
Ugh, I was going to watch that since the video refused to load, but I think I would rather wait for it than watch a video of someone recording their computer screen.

ok i will concede Megatron looks great... prolly only becuz he has his BFG on his arm....the rest look so stupid...just look at the way bulkhead gets up and walks away the f@#$kin animation looks like ****...and most of them look like they are not even robots their legs and arms look like suits or somthin... too bad....it sucks that they dont look like machines anymore...no detail.... wtf..just look like generic super hero wannabees....bahhhhhhhh!

so what's with the bad lip sync?
i just watched the youtube clip so maybe its due to that...but i was under the impression this was an american cartoon..but that lip sync seems to imply its just dubbed over.
so what is it? was that just a bad clip or is this show actually dubbed for north america?

Well technically ALL animated shows are dubbed not matter if it's the original language or not. Unless there is just no voice acting in the show, but yes English is animated's first language.
Yes I did notice Optimus's first line being a little off.
Everthing else seemed fine to me.

Granted I can't hear anything so I'm leaving that in the air.
However what I've seen, I can't say agrees with me.

I'm really starting to dig this. Still on the fence about the animation style as a whole, but Megatron looks better than he has in years. I love white/silver Megatrons with a cannon, cant help it. Change anything else you want except the colors and the cannon, and I'm happy. Starscream's voice isn't quite Latta, but it's just so simply Starscream. I love the Dinobots as a third faction.

Oh yeah... he actually succeeded ! How crazy is that ?
This actually also brought in another old mainstay of Transformers lore - Severed bodyparts lying around. Always been big in the comics. I'm actually surprised that they're getting away with it here.

Now that was just... Prime!
I take back any/all negative opinions I had about this series. After seeing this, it looks really promising. I just hope the human interaction doesn't downplay the coolness.
And those voices, talk about talent! Megatron sounds like an eviler version of Brainiac from the DCAU. Starscream is right on. BA sounds like a much deeper version of Numbah 5's sister from KND. Bulkhead and Bumblebee sound decent. And Prime. Well, his name says it all. Prime was just Prime. Despite his younger persona, he was impressive.
I hope now that this has been seen, most/all the complaining will cease.

Still think the animation is a bit too silly-looking, but it looks like they managed to keep the heart & soul of TF intact....Hell, the heart & soul of G1 even.

Awesome. This can't get here soon enough.
Starscream's voice is great. I didn't like Megatron's voice as much, but that is a very small beef compared to all the goodness.

I like what I see so far. I won't wait for the human interaction to judge since i've never like the human interaction in a Transformers cartoon.

Definitely better story telling than the Cybertron series. I might actually like it...

Did you watch Galaxy force? I found it to be much better than its dubbed version.

That was awesome.
A few thoughts:
1. Cree Summer pulled off Blackarachnia and then some. Tom Kenny kicked ass as Starscream, though when he says "Neither do I," you can just barely hear SpongeBob in his voice. Just enough to make him recognizable, not enough to bring it down. David Kaye as Prime didn't sound right. Although I have trouble placing the voice, he sounded a lot more like Michael Bell. (G1 Prowl)
2. Very clear usage of the old "Fusion Cannon" and "Transformation" stock sounds. A very good thing.
3. A possible reference to Beast Wars: Bumblebee said "We're all gonna die, aren't we?" Rattrap would be proud.
4. Goddamn this will rock.
