You may want to re-post the link as just a web link or use the "YouTube" feature correctly.

For example when you post the link like this - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akZjBmgCo2s - delete the part - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= - and then highlight the rest and select the "YouTube" button so only the - akZjBmgCo2s - part is in the YouTube brackets. Then it looks like this!
