Or is Optimus Prime's team even going to be in Season 3 and it will be focused on Team Rodimus vs. Team Cyclonus thus taking place in a diffent part of the Universe or on Cybertron itself.

I was just wondering cause they are going to be a dozen new characters in it and Season 3 is only 13 episodes long.

Will the new characters be already introduced into the show, or the characters slowly be shown in some sort of story plot.

Also they keep talking about Alpha Trion I know he is the Eldest Robot and sort of like thier creater. But who in the heck is Dias Atlas who is also suppose to be making an appeareance I heard he is like a great warrior figure or something so could he be like some sort of General in the Elite Gaurd or is he something like Vector Prime was.

Okay, All the new characters that we know are coming are as follows:

AUTOBOTS:
Rodimus Prime
Ironhide (though he's already been seen in the show)
Red Alert (fembot)
Hot Shot
Brawn
Maybe Beachcomber (his concept art was shown, but we heard his lines were cut)

DECEPTICONS:
Strika
Cyclonus
Blackout
Spittor
Oil Slick (though he's already appeared in the comics)

And, all the new characters that we think are coming (based on rumors) are as follows:

AUTOBOTS:
Arcee
Alpha Trion
Dai Atlas

And about who Dai Atlas is, he was the sixth Autobot Supreme Commander (starting with Optimus Prime as the first) of the Japanese G1 series. He only apeared in the series Transformers Zone, which consisted of only one animated episode, one manga chapter, and several manga story pages.

Still dosent answer my question regarding about what is going to happen to Optimu's Team back on Earth.

1. Will Optimu's Team still be in it

2. Or will they be completly focused on Team Rodimus vs. Team Cyclonus and Optimus's Team will only seen briefly in random episodes.

3. Will the new teams be already intergrated into the show, or will they slowly be indtroduced in the shows critical important episodes or key story plots. Or maybe just like in a flash-back episode.

4. I know that the new comics are coming out do they connect to the upcoming season 3 or are they a preqeul that leads up to the animated cartoon.

5. Will Sari Sumdac be in Season 3, also will it explain more about her cybernetic arm. What does it mean, who is she really, why does she not have any proof of her exsitence.

These questions need to be answered in Season 3, but with only 13 episodes I guess we will be given more questions and possible another new Cliffhanger with more unanswered questions. Leaving everyone stratching there heads WTF.

I love how animated keeps it secrets, makes you think more and wonder what will happen next.

Overall I am super-excited about Season 3 but it is still 6 months away.

Also I heard something about Lugnut being married is this a joke or in the comics and if so will this be indtroduced into Season 3.

Also who is Lugnut married to Blackarachnia or the Female (Sunstorm) Clone or Starscram.

Man Season 3 is going to be sweet not only Team Rodimus vs. Cyclonus now

Wheel Jack & Perceptor and possibly several others maybe like the ones mentioned above.

No one can actully answer your question because no one will really know for sure till the season starts but this is what I think will end up happening.

1. Will Optimu's Team still be in it

Yes, I see no reason why they wouldn't be in it other than to possibly cause more susence to the whole Sari issue which we've allready been waiting forever to hear the answer to.

2. Or will they be completly focused on Team Rodimus vs. Team Cyclonus and Optimus's Team will only seen briefly in random episodes.

The Team Rodimus vs Team Cyclonus thing will probly be like when the Elite Guard showed up at the start of Season 2, they'll be around as part of the main cast for the first 2 or 3 episodes and then never been seen again except for maybe a quick guest shot in another episode. The rest of the season will still focus on Optimus' team.

3. Will the new teams be already intergrated into the show, or will they slowly be indtroduced in the shows critical important episodes or key story plots. Or maybe just like in a flash-back episode.

I think they'll end up chasing the cons to Earth from the Outer Rim where Ironhide reported from in an earlier episode. Cyclonus' team was probly the ones attacking the space bridges when Ironhide made that call to Ultra Magnus.

4. I know that the new comics are coming out do they connect to the upcoming season 3 or are they a preqeul that leads up to the animated cartoon.

As with any comic book, they have no conection what so ever to the cartoon series. I seen a few pages of it and they show Optimus and Megatron meeting in a completly different fasion than they did in the catroon.

5. Will Sari Sumdac be in Season 3, also will it explain more about her cybernetic arm. What does it mean, who is she really, why does she not have any proof of her exsitence.

Yes and all thoughs questions will be answered... or at least they should be.

These questions need to be answered in Season 3, but with only 13 episodes I guess we will be given more questions and possible another new Cliffhanger with more unanswered questions. Leaving everyone stratching there heads WTF.

You say only like that's not alot of episodes, it's more than we had the first two seasons. And yes, every season ends with a cliffhanger. It's done by the same people who did Teen Titans and they're following the same line of story telling that series did. Cliffhangers and the end of each season, really childish episodes thrown in throughout the season, and few really good serious episodes.

I love how animated keeps it secrets, makes you think more and wonder what will happen next.

Not when you watched all of Teen Titans and Animated and realize how predictable their plots are. They do keep some things secret and have some really great episodes but thoughs episodes like when they did a Home Alone spoof, are really childish and lazy. Don't get me wrong overall I still like the seires, there's just a few episodes I don't care for.

Overall I am super-excited about Season 3 but it is still 6 months away.

Can they bump it up to next month? I need something to do sence the theater will be closed after the 21 this month till the end of March and I won't have a job durring that time.

Also I heard something about Lugnut being married is this a joke or in the comics and if so will this be indtroduced into Season 3.

Where the heck did you hear this?

Also who is Lugnut married to Blackarachnia or the Female (Sunstorm) Clone or Starscram.

Sunstorm is not female. Sunstorm was the orangish yellow one.

Starscream and Lugnut can't be married, they're both guys and that kinda thing would be frounded apon by most parrents.

No one likes Blackarachnia, not even Blackarachnia, she's the hidious technorganic. Well I take that back, Optimus likes her, but no one on the Decepticon side does.

Saber Prime wrote:You say only like that's not alot of episodes, it's more than we had the first two seasons.

Thats not completely right..

Even if you want to count the 3 part opener as 1 episode there were 14 episodes in the first season.

And the second season had 13 episodes.

Lies! The comic book takes within the cartoon, showing stuff that happens alongside the episodes. The cartoon's writers are the guys behind the comic. The comic stories are those that they wanted to write for the show, but didn't make it into the show itself.

As for that scene of Prime and Megs meeting differently, since that was just a preview with no text (or color), we have no idea what its about. Perhaps it's showing Optimus fantasizing what he would've wanted to happen when he first met Megatron.

Saber Prime wrote:You say only like that's not alot of episodes, it's more than we had the first two seasons.

Not true. Season 1 had 13 episodes and season 2 had 13 episodes. While "Transform and Roll Out" air as a TV special, it is still officially counted by Hasbro and Cartoon Network as the first three episodes.

Saber Prime wrote:

Where the heck did you hear this?

The hints we got about Strika's bio said that she was his consort. It has never been blalantly stated that she was his "wife". Some people have just interpretated "consort" as "wife", giving the impression that they are a married couple. But we do not know for a fact.

EDIT:
Also, you guys here that Hot Shot's image has been publically revealed on the TFWiki? He can be seen here.

Well the same was said about Strika and Obsidian in Beast Machines.

- = edit = -

I found it and yes it has text and color. The title of the comic says "The Arrival" and everyone is in their Cybertronian modes so they haven't even come to Earth yet and there's no way this fits into the cartoon continuity.

You know for a writter you have a very limited imagination. :-?

I cant speak on wether the comic "REALLY" is connected to the toon but theres a very eazy way that can fit into the cartoon continuity.

It could be a battle simulation from when Prime was at the academy.

It could be a dream or a fantasy Optimus had while studdying history tapes.

And thats just off the tope of my head.

Yeah, I was referring to something else. But now that I've seen these colored versions, May I ask you something: Was it ever said that "Transform and Roll out" was truely the first time they met? Isn't it posible that this takes place prior to T&RO? This scene could be a flashback.

I mean, the first comic with Oil Slick was a flashback. And he's set to appear in season 3 with the same Cybertronian form as his comic appearance.

Did they ever show any indication that they had met before? Optimus knows who Megatron is from watching all thoughs history vids but Megatron clearly didn't know or care who Optimus Prime was.

That's actully something I miss about Transformers that's not in this series. Megatron was evil but he did show some signs of haveing some sort of respect for Optimus in past series. This Megatron and Optimus have a relationship like Galvatron and Rodimus from G1.

Galvatron never gave Rodimus the respect of being a leader or an advisary. He allways seemed to have more repect for Ultra Magnus. I'm not quite sure but I think some how he realized Ultra Magnus was the leader that Optimus choose to replace him.

Well, like Sto and Dead Metal said, this comic scene is a simulation. So he's not really fighting Megatron for real.

And yeah, their relationship is kinda like Galvy/RP, except this Megs isn't insane. It's almost like if Galvatron were replaced with Beast Era Megatron, and still had the same disrespect for him.

So I was looking at the images of Animated Percepter and Wheeljack and...

Does anyone else think Wheeljack looks like a pit bull?

And Percepter looks like a mad scientist, I want him to be an Autobot for obvious reasons but with that stereotypical evil mad scientist look he should be a Decepticon.

On a side note...

Sentineal Prime = Captain America

Ultra Magnus = Thor

and now Rodimus Prime = Hawk Eye

They're really intent on forming an Autobot Avengers group aren't they?

I can see a better resemblance of Rodimus Prime to Hawkeye than to Green Arrow. Look at the shape of Rodimus' helmet around and above his eyes, and look at Hawkeye's mask:

Maybe....or could be Green Arrow.Guess we'll wait and see.

I can see a better resemblance of Rodimus Prime to Hawkeye than to Green Arrow. Look at the shape of Rodimus' helmet around and above his eyes, and look at Hawkeye's mask:

Not mention the maroonish color they share.

I wanst going on appearance but on the possible characterization....hence why I said "or could be Green Arrow.Guess we'll wait and see".

I think Saber was going on either appearance or ability. Cuz, we definitely know that Captain America is not a pompous jerk.

Well, if he's seen him in the Spider-Man cartoon, he would know. Since Cap wasn't a jerk in those episodes.

Yes I was going by Apperance and weaponry not on personality.

And Sentinal Prime is only compaired to the Tick because he not only shares a simular design but the same voice actor!

At any rate I don't consider Tick to be a real super hero but rather just a spoof hero. Meaning his series was all one big joke where as other Super Heroes are useually more serious with a few humorous moments.

Back on subject, Rodimus Prime can't be Green Arrow because that would require him to have at least some GREEN in his color scheme. Allthough I wouldn't be at all suprised if Hasbro made a green repaint of his mold.

And we've had the Thor vs High Father conversation before. I can see the personality resembalance to High Father but his powers and weapon are closer to being Thor. The guy has a big hammer that shoots electricity.

It allso seems that the insperation for most of their powers seems to be taken from Marvel comics characters. Ironhide = Colosus, forgot to mention him, he was only in the 2 episodes and only used his power the one time.

I still have no idea who Optimus and his crew would be. Who uses a rocket powered Ax?

Which seem like an odd thing for you to say since neither of your other comparisons, Sentinel Prime = Captain America and Ultra Magnus = Thor , really share any color scheme apps with each other.

Aside from haveing the color blue.

And Thors hammer is small handled and does not shoot electricity.

Thors Hammer may control electricity but it does not generate or shoot it.

While High Fathers big staff does.

Got to think on that one.

The hammer's handle is short on Ultra Magnus' toy.
