Just watched the 12-minute preview of episode 27. This looks to be a great episode. A fair amount of info was revealed in this preview.

Jack is like Orion, sure, Ratchet already said that, but he's nothing like Optimus. All those leadership qualities Optimus had? Orion doesn't have them.

Nothing that wasn't already a safe bet, though. Vector Sigma is going to bring back Prime's memories, Megatron is pulling the old "Tell the amnesiac the good guys are evil" routine, probably going to Cybertron. Didn't we already figure all of that out?

I highly dobt we'll see Cybertron. At best we'll get an explanations that Vector Sigma was launched into space along with the knights of Cybertron during the great war and crash landed on earth or the moon. Thats my take on it.

We see Jack and Arcee on Cybertron in one of the trailers for season 2.

Vector Sigma wasn't launched off of Cybertron.

The Knights of Cybertron are an IDW G1 thing.

Huh my apologise I didn't see the 2nd trailer. I just watched it and well I once again have mix feelings. So do the Autobots or the Decepticons have enough energy and resources to make a new space bridge? Starscreams back which makes me unhappy since I hate that S.O.B. and there doesn't seem to be alot of Optimus...'scuse me Orion in this trailer. The biggest shock though is that There is a Vehicon talking!

Actually, Vehicons (of various classes) have spoken plenty of times before.

Huh. So the vehicons aren't just mindless drones. This what happens when I skip filler episodes. Now That I have seen that clip I should complain about Optimus's "moral regulation" with his team but I had G1 Cliffjumper in a crossover with this continuity capture, brain probe, & then kill a Vehicon after he got the information he needed in a fanfic I've been cooking up.

Even filler episodes of this show have important plotworthy details in them.

Actually, seeing as how the first season had multiple plots instead of one overarching plot, it's really hard to call almost any episode "filler" since almost each one had some importance to a certain plotline.
