I think Predaking is not a combiner but more on the lines of Hardshell a One Being deal the Ultimate Hunter. How he will be introduced in Prime is what I am more interested in.

Is is in hiding on Earth Someplace or maybe from the Tower and will come from there or Brought in via a Space Bridge along with Shockwave but I think Shockwave will be used at later point in Season 3. The first episodes will introduce Predaking.

I wonder if Predaking will have a VA, I would love to see a Prime version of SkyLynx from G1 SkyLynx could be the answer to Predaking. But redo SkyLynx in a diffrent model from his G1 self as everything in Prime is diffrent & looks diffrent than in G1 they only share the namesake.

I wonder what will bring OP back an artifact or something about Time going back in time to game that event. Or something along the lines of the Original 13 Primes they had special powers such as the Forge Hammer maybe another Prime can bring OP back to life. Or maybe Vector Sigma could or Alpha Trion would factor into somehow.

Curious to see will they remain on the run throughout S3 or will they get a new Base. Also where will it be, to me I think it is better if they remain on the run globe trotting trying to stay one step away from the cons. I am more interested in seeings Starscreams goals will he remain a Team Player.

What? Hardshell professes himself as the fiercest of the Insecticons, but he's no more sentient or stronger than the others.

Shockwave came through the bridge with Predaking. Shockwave's been on Cybertron. I wonder where Predaking has been. >:oP

as everything in Prime is diffrent & looks diffrent than in G1 they only share the namesake.

Ratchet
Megatron
Wheeljack
Cliffjumper
Breakdown
Smokescreen (to a small degree)

There physical appearances are all homages to G1. What the hell are you talking about?

Or maybe Vector Sigma could or Alpha Trion would factor into somehow.

The Vector Sigma card again? :BANG_HEAD:

Vector Sigma is on Cybertron anyway.

Look I been out of the loop since Prime Season 2 ended, I dont know everything & my knowledge is somewhat rusty since Prime 2 ended.

I do know some but I dont know everything. I just love Prime it is now my all time fav replacing G1. That is saying alot for someone who has been with it for 29 years.

I dont keep up with the Toyline or Comics much me I just watch the Series on Hub and I have Season 1 & 2 on DVD. I did remember seeing that Saber but I forgot about the Predaking Toy is colors remind me of Scourge in Transformers Cybertron is Animal Form also is somewhat similar towards Scourge other than his Weapons they are almost indentical.

Predaking also seems to have 3 heads such as Scourge did but Scourge only had 3 heads when he activated his Cyber Planet key.

Look I am currently watching 4 Shows, & playing mutliple games so I get all my knowledge mixed-up all that is mixed up in my head so my Prime Knowledge is a little iffy at the moment.

Young Justice, TMNT, Star Wars, & Green Latern along with new games cant wait for more Prime regardless of everything it is going to be sick & awesome regardless of the fact.

Right now I am seriously pumped to be a Transfan, Prime S3 and Transformers 4 hopefully the leaked script is indeed faked.

29 years & counting.

Leaked script has been proven fake for a long time. But that's off topic. Half of what you said was off topic. >:oP

And now on-topic ... I ordered the current RotD comics so that I can read them myself. Here's hoping the other Dinobots become Preds and switch sides in the third season.

Also, the more I read up on Lazerback's bio, the more I actually want him to hang around on the show. I mean, he reminds me a helluvalot of BW Dinobot.

Okay, mate, enough with telling everyone how long you've been a fan. There are thousands of people just like you (myself included) who have been fans of Transformers since 1984. You don't need to keep bringing it up.

Again, stuff you bring up in nearly every one of your posts and it is OFF-TOPIC. Please stop bringing up stuff that is irrelevant to the discussion at hand.

Sorry about being off topic, look I am trying to make a point I have some catching up to do, With the toyline and the Comics.

But where I live I have no access to Comics, Also the only way I can buy Action Figures is online. So my only option is watching Prime on the HUB or on DVDs.

I was off topic earlier yes that is my bad, but the point behind that is keeping up with all that & Prime is no easy task.

I like those shows almost as much as Prime. But Prime is on Break now so I can now use this time to either research the Comics like I said I have no acccess to Comics & Walmart dosent exactly sale them or than the Exodus Novel based on Prime.

I appreciate you guys clearing up the facts for me, & I will try to remain on topic.

But I still think Predaking looks an awful lot like Transformers Cybertrons "SCOURGE" also they sport the same colors.

If I can find some place online that Sales Transformers Comics I can get caught up on Prime cause I know the current comics is like a in-betweener deal between S2 & S3.

For now I will do more research to get my facts more straight currently my Prime Info is iffy & rusty since S2 ended.

But I will try to remain on topic from now on.

If you have no objection to digital comics (and honestly, i've been reading them for years, i've even moved most of my non-TF non-comic library over to e-pub formats) and you have a tablet/smartphone then there's Comixology. (They currently have a sale on TF Spotlight books)

If you prefer a physical format then do a Google search for your nearest comic shop or an online mail order service.

My nearest comic shop is over 60 miles away, this is why I read digital. But I know people still prefer physical copies and there's a lot of people in your position and utilise mail order services.

Point is, the places are out there if you make the effort to look.

Thanks Burn, I usually use Google for my research I look up places toys and I could probably find similar deals to buy my comics.

Me, I am oldschool I prefer physical comics compared to the Digital deals, also I can not do Digital cause my area I am in a dead-zone meaning no cell phones & also stuck on Dial Up. So my options are some what limited.

Theo only way I can do DLC Add Ons for my video games is going to my Uncles he has WiFi and internet at his home that can be used on any device and any where in his home.

But when you live in a Dead-Zone such as myself you have to stick with Physical Media such as Toy Lines, Comics and my Games all have to be Physical.

But I do go to his home and do my DLC Missions for certain games also I dont own a Tablet or any fancy device such as those.

I can also try to find other transformers sites that have deals on comics or a Wiki deal for Transformers such as Star Wars Wiki and also games also have Wiki such as Mass Effect Wiki.

Right now I am going to kill time & wait for the return of Prime plenty of shows to watch now until Prime returns.

Also I am going to research Google and find places to buy Comics, when I was younger I had so many comics I had to put them in big boxes, but now of days everything is almost completly digital and soon Physcial Media, Disk and everything else wil be extinct like the 8 Tracks & VHS Formats.

I itsnt if it will happen it is how long will it take to happen pretty soon 1080 will be the new SD and next on the chopping block cause of OLED, LED, Ultra HD and now 4K.

The only thing I don't like about Prime is that Megatron let Starscream back in the Dcons and killed off Dreadwing.

Re: The Official Transformers: Prime Discussion Thread

by Rodimus2006
The reason Starscream is back into the fold is cause Megatron dosent want to lose Scream as he knows all of the Decepticons secrets if he were to switch sides or go to the Autobots then Scream can use what he knows against Megatron.

Besides Scream more than likely has something to gain be remaning with Megatron as I dont think Scream is fully behind them more like a wolf in sheeps clothing type of deal.

Scream is probably using this to his advantage until an oppurtunity rises Scream will remain behind Megatron, Currently they have the same goal hunting down the remaining Autobots.

But when the time comes trusts me Scream will go back to his old scheming ways and turn on Megatron once again. He is just biding his time waiting for the right time to pounce.

Dreadwing was always expendable & was nothing more than a tool used for Megatrons Dirty work. I was hoping for Dreadwing to realize that he wouldnt make it with the Cons and Megatron was just using him then Switch Sides as OP saw Dreadwing as Acomplished Warrior and Megatron kept Dreadwing from reaching his full Potential. Dreadwing would have been a nice addition to the Autobot Team but through Wings blind loyatly it ultimately Destroyed him in the end.

Reminds of Lugnutz Blind Loyatly in Animated.

I think it makes perfect sense. Megatron gave his reason why he let him back into his confidence so I won't touch on that. I do think he saved Starscream though because in the end he is more like Megatron than Dreadwing was. Megatron can pontificate about loyalty and duty all he wants, but he doesn't really have those qualities himself. So to me at least I get why he chose Starscream over Dreadwing....... That and well I don't think hasbro would let them frag screamer yet.

I liked what they did with Starscream in the sense of being rogue; but they pulled that string for too long. The Apex Armor was a positive shift, but it didn't last. I'm glad he's back in the roster of 'cons.

Dreadwing's a shame, but if that's the price for Starscream's return, I don't care. >:oP

Okay, think about it like this: Starscream is actually remarkably loyal, and his worst betrayal attempts were when he wasn't working under Megatron, otherwise, he's pretty easily controllable. Dreadwing? His first act upon learning Megatron wasn't a totally nice guy was to give the Autobots the Forge and try to a fellow Decepticon against Megatron's direct orders. Megatron actually chose to keep the more trustworthy Decepticon.

Starscream you may think he is really back with Megatron trust me this is all just an act from Scream. Mainly he will show is true deal when the time is perfect.

Right now they have the common goal Hunting down the Autobots but Scream is merely biding his time it just hasnt presented itself yet.

Remember Scream was also after the Omega Keys & The Omega Lock, Scream also probably knows alot about them he probably figures working with Megatrom for the time being could work to his advantage.

The Enemy of My Enemy is also My ally type of deal He will be ploting later in S3 but right now they are on the Autobots hunting them around the globe with the help of Predaking.

Scream will have a larger role to play the question is how and when.

Yeah. He stole them so he could give them to Megatron, buying his way back into the Decepticons. Not like it even matters anymore, seeing as the Omega Lock was destroyed.

I figure, Starscream's always gonna be Starscream, but right now he is going to play Megatron's loyal pet because he had to fight to earn his way back into the Decepticon ranks and being rogue didn't work too well for him. He's still going to scheme, but there will have to be a PERFECT opportunity before he tries to betray Megatron again. Megs didn't hesitate to kill Dreadwing, he won't hesitate to do the same to Starscream if he's (openly) traitorous.

That Bot wrote:I figure, Starscream's always gonna be Starscream

'Nuff said.

Yet, to pontificate further... there's a great line from Agent Fowler describing Starscream in "Grill":

"He really needs to figure out if it's Megatron's job he wants, or Megatron's approval."

Starscream's always been self interested and scheming, but his need for positive attention can be satiated both as leader and by receiving praise from Megatron, whom he may despise, but he has always respected, if only because of his sheer power. Starscream's more servile attitude at the end of Season 2 is almost certainly fake, but his genuine emotion at being left in command of the Nemesis and entrusted with difficult tasks by Megatron probably isn't.

My guess is he'll continue to be the loyal soldier for a few eps in Season 3 until he either screws something up or Megs starts laying praise on someone else (like Shockwave or Predaking), and he loses that positive attention and schemes again.

Honestly, is it so hard to believe that a Starscream could learn its lesson and actually try to get on its Megatron's good side? Prime Starscream openly admitted to himself that he was better off serving under Megatron than he was either trying to overthrow him or out on his own. And Megatron's killing Dreadwing--his most LOYAL servant--to save Starscream ought to have been an eyeopener to Starscream that, should Starscream make any attempts to defy his master, Megatron would not hesitate to kill him. This Starscream has been at his lowest point and has matured into a smarter and wiser Con, knowing that his place is best served with Megatron at Megatron's side, rather than against him. It is far better for Starscream to strive to become Megatron's "heir" than his "usurper".

I think it's because people are used to a scheming, undermining Starscream as apposed to a loyal one.
