You know what? All that hype wasn't worth it. I played Angry Birds most of the way through that match.

Undertaker and HHH, I enjoyed it. It may not have been a brutal Hell in a Cell but they told a good story.

Punk and Jericho ... yeah I think these guys need to continue their feud for a little bit longer.

Team -vs- Team ... I expect Teddy to have a short break before "the board" reinstate him after Lauringitis abuses his power.

Good to see Big Show win. Hopefully they let him have a good title run.

Surprised to see Kane win. It feels like he's only been losing and putting others over lately, but he got a win at 'Mania! Yay!

Divas match ... well what could you expect from this when a "celebrity" gets involved? I will however applaud Beth for pretty much turning the Implant Buster into a Bulldog. Kelly Kelly couldn't do it herself that as for sure. I don't think i'd want to arm wrestle Beth.

Oh and Daniel Bryan lost. In case you blinked.

Otherwise, no surprises ... unless you count Momma.

All I have to say about the divas match is it shows you what the WWE thinks of the women's division to have your champion put over a celebrity. It was my normal mid ppv pee break.

You can't keep billing Kane as a monster if all he does is lose. Barrett's injury made them really try and book something on the fly (I think) and Kane needed a good rub after losing to Cena. IMO.

How long before they unite the belts because its a crying shame what they've done to the WHC. And I think I said more about this match than it actually lasted. First show opening last year and now decided in less time than it took for that skinny white guy to get booed out of the stadium.

HHH will be the one to "take over" from Laurengitis. Anytime I watch Raw or SD now gonna have something else to watch. And how the heck did that team match do anything for anyone with that ending? I'm sorry it did NOTHING for ANY of them.

Cody now free to go after Sheamus?

I was actually kind of disappointed in Jericho-Punk.

It's no secret that the Divas aren't highly thought of. Let's face it, how many of them on the roster have worked their way up through the Indies and not a modelling agency?

He needs another big feud with someone. No doubt he's going to want to retire soon, they need to give him the credit he's due.

Their biggest mistake was having the title on Daniels going in to Wrestlemania. I'm not going to knock his talent, but as a Champion he won through weaselling and is a heel because he puts down his "girlfriend" (Which surely, goes against the whole "Be a Star" campaign?)

It was a complete and utter waste of time. And dear god can we keep the Bella's off the microphones already? I'd rather listen to Vicky screeching.

Cody now free to go after Sheamus?

Hopefully. The guy is a good heel.

I was actually kind of disappointed in Jericho-Punk.

It could have been better (or were we expecting it to be better?). That's why i'd like to see it continue. Punk will be the main target of Lauringitis though.

Granted we could have been "priveledged" by seeing Sharmel vs Jenna as the women's match. It was not at least a minus 5 star match.

That is true and thats why theres 4 divas I care about and change the channel when they're not involved. 1) Natalya, 2) Beth, 3) Tamina (They should have done Tamina vs Beth IMO, unless you could coerce Trish to come back), 4) Karma

Maybe Big Show v Kane to give the midcard belt some prestige back? I remember when HBK, Austin, HHH, and top guys were fighting over it.

But to give it to Sheamus in 18 seconds? I mean come on, let him go out have at least enough of a match to let the crowd finish filing in. He wasn't THAT bad as a champ.

I miss JR as head of talent relations.

I could have just had too high of hopes given what else was on the card and creative not letting Jericho/Punk show up the Breakfast Club (mainly HHH, Cena) at Wrestlemania.

Yeah he was. He had no business being around a heavyweight belt. That guy should stick with the cruiserweights, or maybe he would be a good fit with Cody, but they're both heels.

As for Kane, I still think next year he will finally win the Rumble and face Taker for the title in the main event, defeating him, thus gaining that big match victory and also ending the streak. It would be just rewards for a performer who's done a lot despite his size and perceived limitations. He was always reliable, rarely got injured, and didn't hurt anyone else. (That I know of.) It would also be the perfect way to end Taker's career. If he retires with the steak intact, for some reason that would feel like unfinished business.

I was genuinely surprised by the Rock's win, and especially the fact that it was clean. No bullshit finishes or run-ins from others. Cena did the right thing. I hate him a little less now.

Wouldn't it mean more having someone who isn't about to retire build a career off pinning the Taker at Mania? Someone like Cody, Dolph, Barrett, etc. Seems like having Kane end the streak just ends it for the sake of ending it.

Yeah, it's true it would definitely go a long way for someone young who has his career ahead of him. I'm just saying that in my opinion the setup with Kane would work well for Kane as well, and it would be a fitting way to end Taker's streak.

With 3 exceptions, wasn't surprised by any of the wm outcomes.

One the surprises, Long Team vs. Laurentis (sp) Team, I see lots of feud mileage out that  The other two was Kane's match and Jericho/Punk. The 2nd I was so sure Orton would win and the 3rd was 4 me a big time toss up.

So Lesnar returns to wwe--v. Shamus or v. Orton anyone?

WWE put too much time into Laurengitis to have his team lose. Granted they could have gone any number of ways and gotten even more out of it without being dumb as hell.

F' MFin 5! Great to see arguably the greatest pure athlete back in the WWE. So has Cena officially joined the "senior tour"? I mean his last 3 fueds have been with the Rock, Kane, and now Lesnar. None of them are probably around for long. I love him vs Cena, keeps Cena out of the title picture. And any time you can do that is a GREAT thing.

Cena will be 35 this year, even though he's 'roided up really good and seems to be in shape. So I'm not sure about the seniors' tour, but he's definitely become one of those guys who doesn't need a title to be the top guy, much like Taker, HHH, HBK, Austin, etc.

As for "greatest pure athlete" I think as good as Lesnar is, Kurt Angle is (or was) still better as far as pure skills and conditioning goes.

I heard a story once that Angle beat Lesnar in a shoot before a raw years ago. Lesnar might have been told to lay down for Angle but I'm not sure about that. On an unrelated note, Lilian Garcia is 45 years old and not a day younger.

I doubt he was told to lay down. Especially if it was a shoot match.

If that's true, she carries it damn well. Probably better than most divas.

So Lesnar messes up Cena. I wonder if that was accidental or on purpose, as WWE frowns on blood in the PG era. Or maybe a little attitude is coming back? That would be good. Also, looks like the WWE is going to drop the ball again, as they seem to sacrifice the popularity Lesnar brings by turning him heel in the attempt to keep Cena a good guy. Why don't they just turn Cena heel already? The fans already did it for them, and they always love to say "the fans always decide." Regardless, I hope Lesnar beats the crap out of him at Extreme Rules, but I'm sure Brock will lose, as Cena got beat at WrestleMania.

I wouldn't call him a heel. Cena may act like he's a face, but the fans boo him, think of him more of the anti-face and Lesnar the anti-heel.
