I remember, as a kid, ninja turtles were the hot thing. Though, me and my friend still liked our transformers too.
So, we were playing and a transformer visited the ninja turtles. It then came up with a way to transform the ninja turtles into transformers.
I dont remember who became what, but a blue transformer for leonardo, a red one for ralph.
We had so much fun doing this crossover. It was epic, with shredder teaming up with decepticons.
It of course ended with the turtles sharing pizza with the transformers.

I have a lot of fond memories since TF was my favorite cartoon growing up. In August of 1986 my dad took me to see TFTM for my 10th birthday. (So you know I was very pleased to go to the 25th Anniv. screening at the Aero in Santa Monica last month!). Other standout memories include racing home from school to catch G1 episodes, opening Prime for the first time at Christmas, and cutting the tech specs off of each and every box & card and making my own stickers from the remains of the sheet to put on figures. (Now I'm kicking myself for cutting up the G1 boxes I still have now!!)

My memory is when I was 7, Transformers were expensive and I had only been given three over the years. (Twin Twist, Scrapper and Slag) I was playing in the forest at the edge of my school and saw something a little odd, a red square in the leaf litter. It was the roof and windscreen of G1 Smokescreen. I noticed bits of wood chips around and climbed up the steep bank where they had been coming from. Eroding out of the bottom edge of the pit where we did long and high jump was another piece of Smokescreen. I dug around for the better part of an hour, trying to find all the bits. I never found the rear windows or the doors.
I took the parts home, completely dismantled it with my Dads jewellers set, cleaned the rusty screws, and put Smokescreen back together again. I loved (and still love, he stands next to my minty Encore Smokescreen) that toy, and was so proud of myself for rescuing him.

Years later I became an archaeologist, and I sometimes wonder if that was the beginning of it all, lol.

I remember that first Christmas after Transformers came out and how the only thing I wanted was Prime. Opening that last present and seeing him in the box caused me to pass out. I hit my head on the coffe table. I still have a scar and a great story to go with it.

Well, I guess I'll have a kick at it, just to see if I win. ;)

I think my earliest Transformers memory would have to have been when I was 5, about 11 years ago. I was sitting in my aunt's living room watching Cartoon Network, when the opening credits for Transformers: Armada came on. It was the episode with the Mini-Con in the subterranean temple in the Egyptian desert. Being a history geek and all, I couldn't help but watch. It was here that I fell in love with probably one of my all-time favorites; Demolisher the anti-air tank. As a matter of fact, I believe it was Demolisher himself that actually got me hooked onto Transformer collecting. To this day, he still has a prominent spot among my Armada shelf. ;)
They call me “Tanker Chungus”!

One of my favorite Transformers memories was the Christman my brother and I got G1 Dinobots. I got Snarl and he got Sludge. We played with those things non-stop. We would watch the show, hoping they would be in each episode.

My fondest memories would be dragging all of my Beast Wars figures to my buddies house to watch the 'toon at his place while re-enacting, transforming, and trading our BW toys. Between the two of us, we had a few dozen, including the entire main cast of the show. Not to mention playing the Playstation Beast Wars game...

I remember when my father brought me home Optimal Optimus. Man, I couldn't wait to get over to my friends place and show him off!

My favorite childhood memory involving Transformers is the fact that my parents told me that I always enjoyed music and when they had the TV on and Transformers was on I would wiggle around a lot when Jazz or Blaster appeared on the screen cause they always played music. To this day Jazz and Blaster are my two favorite Autobots. 8)

childhood memory is easy: when I got Power Master Optimus Prime! I had always wanted an Optimus but never head one. My Grandma got it for me for my birthday. He got along well with my Micro Masters. He currently has a place of honor on my G1 shelf.

My favorite memory would have to be the large Transformer battles my father and I had during the early days of Generation 1 (these replaced the Star Wars battles we used to have before Transformers came out). Most Saturday mornings would involve a big Autobot / Decepticon smackdown with one of us eventually pulling out my large Shogun Warrior (Getter Dragon) to wipe out the other side. This scenario now plays out between me and my 5-year-old son (and my wife) who has inherrited my G1 / G2 collections (along with various pieces from Beast Wars through Animated and the Bayverse). My father still joins both of us extending the fun across three generations. I get to relive my childhood, my father gets to be a kid again, and we pass the fun along to my son. Robots are cool in and of themselves, but the family bonding they have created in my family has been priceless.

My favorite memory is 9n 1984 when my dad took me to Toys-R-Us a couple weeks before Christmas and asked me if I wanted one of those new robot toys he pointed to. I said "Yes dad !" To this day I display my red Diaclone Sunstreaker proudly, wish I had kept the box. But I'm lucky to say I still own my first Transformer and all his parts.

My favorite memory has to be getting the Constructicons for Christmas when I was 4 years old. I came running out to the living room that morning, and there sitting in front of the fireplace (left behind by Santa, obviously ;) ) was Devastator! I couldn't believe I was lucky enough to get him. I must have transformed all six of those toys hundreds of times on that first day alone.

My favorite childhood memory of Transformers......man there are so many.

I'd say my favorite memories have to be the battles me and my brother would have with our Beast Wars figures. Maximals on one side, Predacons on the other. Me and my brother got a long real well so fighting usually never happened and so we had a blast. He controlled his figures, I controlled mine. We'd pop limbs off for authentic BATTLE DAMAGE! lol, that was one great thing about Beast Wars, ball joints for dismemberment. We had a blast and our room would become a mess.

I'd miss those days when RID came around. Those figures took to long to transform and we'd never finish a battle with them.

:CON: my favorite memory, despite there being hundreds, is back from the original movie. Me and my dad would sit and watch the vhs practically everyday and we started saying the lines to it. There was 1 line that stood out the most though, and my mom hated when my dad would let me say it...Ultra Magnus is trying to unleash the power of the matrix on the planet of junk, and then Cyclonus and Galvatron swoop down to take it. Magnus struggles with it for a second and becomes frustrated saying, "open, dammit, OPEN!"....My dad let me sneak that here and there, depending on where my mom was in the house. It almost became like a game to say that line. We would pause the movie to take a "break" then make sure she was in the basement, upstairs in the shower or somewhere out of range to hear it...I was about 5 then, now approaching 30, we look back and get a good laugh out of it all

I guess my favorite memory was all the times I rented The Transformer:The Movie.
It was the first thing involving transformers that I ever saw.But I was disappointed on how easily they could die in the movie but in the show they could get shot and then repaired in no time.
But still I watch the movie on youtube whenever I can.

Heh. During a viewing of the animated "The Transformers: The Movie" back in 1986 a friend of mine began a standing ovation during Optimus Prime's death scene.

Then some others sitting in back of us began a standing ovation at when Starscream was killed off at the hands of Galvatron.

I remember watching the G1 cartoon debut on TV with my childhood best friend.

Thinking I was too old for cartoons and toys (I WAS a mature 12-year-old with so many responsibilities, plus the day-to-day drudgery of running my own detective agency) — I remember commenting, "I don't know WHAT he see's in them!! (the Transformers)"

Of course by the end of the three-parter, I was hooked and eating crow... and by the end of the year, well on my way collecting the cassettes, cars, jets, Soundwave...

I remember when I first saw Transformers Armada, and I was immediately hooked on Transformers in general, so I began to watch it diligently, and suddenly, the time was moved to where it was so early that I couldn't watch it...

I was heartbroken.

But then I heard of the Michael Bay Movies and I was hooked on that too. (Though I was kind of angry Megs died.)

Then I started watching the G1 Cartoon, and I was instantly hooked as soon as I heard that the Hub was re-airing it! All of the other family members other than my dad didn't like the idea of me watching a cartoon, which I formally and lovingly called a "Classic", but I paid that no mind as I watched the extremely bad aims of the Seekers, and their high-pitched Null-Rays. I always made fun of how diabolical and complicated Megatron's plans were, and how much that physics don't apply to this cartoon.

Those were good times...

And I had a TFToy overload and they would litter the floor in a battle scene from the G1 Movie, my brother would get angry at the big scene and try to get me to remove them from the premesis, saying how much that they made the room look like a pig-stye.

And my great love for LEGOs obviously led me to make another overhaul of LEGO Transformers that actually Transformed, including an entire set of ROTF Constructicons that combined. (This I am trying to get to combine again so I can post it on the forum in KBF&AW section so I can finally show off my masterpiece.) My brother made a Starscream, while I made a Soundwave, Constructicons, Casseteacons, Ironhide, and a Shockwave.

I joined this forum. Nuff Said. ;)

I would always find something to relate to transformers to anyone in earshot, much to their disdain, "Oh, that looks like an Ion Rifle! It actually is the weapon Optimus Prime used in almost every continuity, oh and speaking of continuities, did you know that there was a continuity that the Autobots were Evil and the Decepticons were Good? It was a neat idea, oh and that entire continuity reminds me of a G1 Episode called the Attack of The Autobots..." and so on, can you believe I'm single!? ;)

Transformers Prime came along and I also have been watching that loyally, I find the darker edge very nice you see.

Recently I have been collecting the G1 Transformers Toys, and everyone else just looks at them and finds them a waste of space, for I have so many TF toys in the first place.

That is basically my entire story of Transformers, and a few years of my life. :D

I remember how I would spend HOURS in my room alone with my transformers setting up battle scenes and making sure that each side had equal numbers and just have battle after battle. I would transform the toys back and forth and create other scenes and battles. It was pretty epic for me as a child. I had a few Dinobots, a few predcons, the complete aerialbot set, soundwave, jetfire and a whole bunch more. I miss those days, now though I am able to relive those moments with my son and watching him do the same thing! It's a special thing and a great memory to pass on.

My favorite, and one of my earliest, memories of Transformers would be going with Mom to her friend Cindy's house. I remember her son had EVERYTHING. I can remember walking in their house one day to find him there with Megatron and Optimus, squared off in a diorama that was nearly identical to how they were on the "Digital Doom on the Highway to Destruction" illustration. He had Megatron holding his big cannon and everything! And right in front of them...Metroplex! Sprawled out in city mode covered with all the minibots! Just being able to see all of those figures AND play with them too...even if they weren't mine...it was awesome, and I'll never be able to forget it!
