"Predictable to the end." Dead End sped onwards into the blow. It wouldn't stop him. It couldn't. "I am fee from the fears of death Autobot, CAN YOU SAY THE SAME?" He began to spin his rear around as he got close. His foe was expecting a full frontal assault. Lore=Lock must have him confused with Wildrider.

The Axe struck the side of his hood, off it's mark and while it damaged him, it wasn't the result his foe was looking for. Now it just remained to see if Dead End's spin would connect with his foe or not.

Lore-lock grimaced as he missed the center strike, but he ran with it committed to the swing as he was. He put even more of his weight behind the axe, using it to arc over the drifting form of Dead End. The combined momentum of the axe and Lore-lock's vault freed the axe from the ground, leaving a not-insignificant divot on the field. The scout went into a roll as he landed, taking note of his distance to the decepticon.

Still in strike range, he thought, good! that's where I wanna keep him. Too close for any real speed. I think the humans call this bullfighting?

As he came out of the roll, Lore-lock extended his axe at Dead End's wind screen.

Abandoned Drive-in Theater

Blue fireballs rained in at Motormaster, most were wide of their mark sending gouts of pulverized turf, gravel, and the occasional sound pole into the air, but some hit their mark scorching Motormaster's armor and causing his paint to sizzle and peel. So far the damage was minimal, but Motormaster knew that even his vaunted armor couldn't withstand a constant barrage such as this for long. Not to mention it really hacked him off.

"That the best you got Hot Spot? Pansy! I'll rip you a new exhaust port you fraggin' spawn of a glitch!" he bellowed as he grabbed up one of the speaker poles and hurled the three foot steel shaft at Hot Spot's face with all his not inconsiderable might.

He didn't wait to see if his impromptu weapon hit, it was meant more as a distraction anyway, just something to get Hot Spot to stop firing for a moment. Betting that it would do just that, Motormaster followed his projectile, charging Hot Spot. If his gambit worked, he'd be within melee range before the Protectobot could fire again. If not, he'd be charging right down the barrel of Hot Spot's weapons, and at close range that wasn't an ideal location.

...yeah, that was an understatement.

***

Wildrider was going in for the kill when Sideswipe stuttered... It wasn't anything major, just a momentary freeze, but that coupled with Breakdown yelling about Hound, was more than enough to tip Wildrider off to the ruse. The damn scout and his holo gun had fooled him, and he was going to pay for it. Or at least that's what Wildrider intended until Smokescreen's bullets tore into his rear quarter-panel bursting a tire and sending him into an uncontrolled spin into the concession stand.

He slammed into the wood and glass building and brought most of it down on top of him. Luckily the construction wasn't all that solid to begin with, or the damage from that would have been much worse, but as it stood, his worst injury was to his pride. He'd been tricked by the holograms, and then Smokescreen had got the drop on him. This definitely wasn't his best day.

With a grunt of pain, he transformed, throwing the wreckage off of him and came up shooting, firing blast after blast from his scatterblaster in Smokescreen's general direction. The wonderful thing about his weapon was he didn't even really have to aim - lasers covered such a large area, that he almost couldn't miss.

"Suck on this Autobot!" he yelled cackling maniacally.

The windshield shatters by the blow, broken shards flying inside the interior of Dead End's car mode. As soon as he realized what had happened to him twice Dead End let out a howl of rage.

That axe had scarred his exterior twice now.

Transforming quickly Dead End quickly readied his pistol and fired several shots at Lore-Lock. "HOW DARE YOU MUTILATE MY BODY!!" He yelled, his optics shining a brighter shade of red than normal.

Since the team’s arrival and Hex used the term ‘team’ very lightly, the young mech had been sitting idle just outside of the old facility. He considered barreling in and just wreaking havoc, but that was just too boring. Instead he decided to sit and watch the others get their afts handed to them, either the Cons or the bots, it really didn’t matter to him.

The whole scenario seemed to be moving in high speed, but Hex remained unimpressed. In fact, the yawn coming from the Chrysler would have been very much exaggerated had he been in robot mode. I can’t believe I agreed to come on this…whatever they wanna call it.

Hex was brought out of his reverie when he heard Dragstrip’s degrading voice. Before he could respond Hex was forced to shift into reverse and back up at full speed in order to avoid the Stunticon’s plasma blasts. He needed to keep out of the racer’s range, and in order to accomplish that he had to perform some impressive maneuvers.

Now safe, Hex was able to quickly shift into drive and take off after Dragstrip in a headon run. It helped that he was able to match the former racer’s speed making it easy for him to get close to Dragstrip, but instead of veering off before hitting the yellow mech, Hex quickly transformed to robot mode, planted his right foot on his advancing opponent and jumped over him. The young silver mech landed on one knee then stood and turned to face Dragstrip’s shrinking form, a smug smirk etched on his face.

After a moment Hex lifted his hand to his mouth where he huffed on his knuckles and then rubbed them against his chest.

“That was almost fun.”

Lore-lock groaned as more than a few of Dead End's projectile's found their marks.

"Ya know, that stung just a bit you self propelled slag heap!" He replied as he rushed the now clearly angered 'con. "But don't worry, those won't be the only marks I leave on your chassis."

With his axe head low and on his right he charged, and brought the weight up at the con's shoulder. But just before making contact, he spins to the left and sends the axe in a devastating arc that is preceded by an equally powerful kick. All the while his optics maintained the same cool color they almost always shone.

Smokescreen watched with glee as his lasers struck Wildrider in the aft section, shredding one of his rear tires. The crazy Stunticon then crashed into the concession stand, bringing the already decrepit structure down completely. Smokey stopped a short distance away, looking for any signs of movement. It wasn't long before Wildrider had transformed and emerged from the wreckage, guns blazing. Rounds from the terrorist's shatterblasters stuck the diversion expert on the hood as the red and blue Nissan sped into reverse, returning fire with his headlight weapons.

Smokescreen then transformed to robot mode and brought he electro-disruptor rifle to bear. He opened fire on Wildrider again, hoping to short out the Decepticon's circuitry. Smokey then ran parallel to his opponent and took cover behind another still standing structure. The one story brick building would provide adequate protection in the short term, but it wouldn't last forever. As the diversion expert sat back against the wall, he noticed a sign on the structure that read 'Restroom'. Having been on Earth for some time, Smokey accessed his memory circuits and quickly learned what this building was once used for. Yuck! I'm hiding behind a place where humans pee. Terrific! Just as long as I don't get any on me.

As more blasts came his way, Smokescreen realized that he needed to do something more substantial to make a dent in a Stunticon. A mere laser would only do so much to a mech that's built for hard hitting stunts. If Smokey was going to win this battle, he would need to hit back hard, as well.

Therefore, the diversion expert readied one of his shoulder-mounted launchers that was equipped with a standard rocket and not one of his ECMs, which were only good for taking out aerial combatants. Once he was ready, Smokescreen popped up from behind the brick building and quickly fired his rocket at Wildrider. Smokey had aimed low, hoping to strike the ground underneath the terrorist, thus sending him into the air like a mechanical rag doll. If he missed at least the missile would still hit the ground and not any one of his Autobot comrades.

The young silver Autobot easily avoided Drag Strip's laser blasts by simply backing away. "You cowardly Autobot! Stand and fight me!" Then, as if on cue, Hex did just that and raced directly at Drag in what appeared to be a game of cyber-chicken. "If you think I'll flinch, you're sorely mistaken, Autobot!" As the two vehicles approached one another, Drag readied himself for the head on hit he would soon give to his opponent.

However, the collision never happened as Hex transformed at the last second and leapt over the yellow Stunticon, stepping on him as he went. "Hey! What the frag!" Drag Strip shouted as he screeched to a stop just outside the drive-in. Turning around, the former racer sped back towards the silver Autobot. "So, you just want to avoid me, huh? You too much of a coward to take a hit like a real mech?!" Drag taunted, increasing his speed as the distance between him and his Autobot quarry grew smaller by the astrosecond. Once he was close enough, Drag Strip transformed and opened fire on Hex again, keeping his weapon trained squarely on the young 'bot. "You won't avoid me this time, fragger! Ha ha!"

Dead End didn't see it coming. The blows sent him spiraling to the floor. He was momntarily stunned until he flt the stinging pain of his left shoulder. It was dented badly with a large gash.

"Why...why can't you Autobots offer me the dignity of a clean death? Why do you mock me so?" Dead End says with restrained fury. "I offered you the best mercy I'm allowed and this...this disfigurement is my reward? You make me sick." Dead End suddenly springs to his feet, his anger towards this insult giving him the strength to rise. "You will PAY!!!" Dead End literally pounces at Lore-Lock, hell bent on tearing him apart once he manages to knock him to the ground.

The young Bot was barely able to avoid the first volley of shots; however he managed to escape the second by performing a fluid back handspring and landing squarely on his feet. He then turned and took off running in the direction of where the theater’s screen had once stood. With Drag Strip still firing on him, Hex finally made it to a densely wooded area bordering the theater’s perimeter. The young mech didn’t stop until he reached what looked to be the center of the thicket. He took a quick look at his surroundings, and once he was satisfied that he was alone he leaned against the large tree he was standing in front of.

As he began to calm down he felt a sharp searing pain emanating from his side. He hissed in pain as he placed his hand over the area. He brought his hand up to his face and let out a heavy sigh when he saw that his palm was covered in a mixture of fuel and Energon. The Stunticon finally got a hit, and from the amount of fluid Hex saw, a vital one.
Wait a minute. If he hit me before I made it in here then…. He quickly lowered his gaze to the ground and saw the bright colored trail of bread crumbs he unwittingly left behind.

“Damnit.” he mumbled.

If Drag Strip spotted the fluid, and he likely would, then the former racer wouldn’t be far behind. Hex glanced around trying to locate somewhere he could conceal himself, but nothing was quite suitable. Unless…. He turned his attention to the tree he was leaning against. He noted that the branches were large enough for him to climb, and since he was much smaller and lighter than most mechs the branches would be able to hold his weight. Not wanting to wait any longer, Hex reached up and took hold of a limb and pulled himself up, his faced twisted in pain as he aggravated his wound.

Now out of sight, and with no fuel trail leading away from the tree, Hex simply needed to wait until Drag Strip showed up. He grabbed hold of his crossbow and with one hand, strung the bow and placed the bolt. The young Bot settled into position and brought his optic to the telescopic sight.

Brought his axe up, across his body, ready to strike. "You, who have had a hand in more planetary destruction than any other mech, save for may-hap Unicron, are asking for mercy? Who am I to grant you that. If you so wish for mercy, then show your remorse and surrender."

Just before Dead End closed in on him, the scout came up with the butt of his axe, aimed squarely between the con's legs.

I'm gonna end up in some serious hurt if I let him get those material manipulators on me. I'm not made for scrapping. Why don't this one just stop, is he an opus of Unicron himself. Or the result of some darker deed?
The bot thought, in a bid to buy himself just a bit more time he then reversed the arc of the axe and brought it's energon blade down at Dead End's face plate.

Hot Spot could tell that his shots were having some effect on the Decepticon, even if it was a relatively minor one. He knew that he would need whatever edge he could get against Motormaster. He had hoped to soften him up as much as possible with his guns, know that the Stunticon leader only possessed a single rifle. It probably wouldn’t account for much damage but it would help in the long run.

The Protectobot did have some concern for the rest of his team. Not really knowing them that well but being thrust into battle alongside them like this was definitely a risky proposition, but he had little choice. They were all Autobots, experienced ones. He would just have to trust in that to carry them through the battle. Hopefully without Motormaster barking orders at them and threatening them they would be a far less cohesive and motivated fighting force.

That was one of the primary reasons he had decided to take on Motormaster by himself. Keeping him occupied kept him from giving orders and made sure he couldn’t engage any of the other Autobots with him. He knew that of the Autobots in this little group he was the only one who could go toe to toe with the Stunticon leader. This wasn’t ego or pride speaking either, it was a fact. He wasn’t going to let another Autobot take a beating at the hands of this lunatic when he could simply take him on himself.

Hot Spot’s barrage of fire was interrupted when Motormaster ripped some sort of pole out of the ground and hurled it at him. The Protectobot was able to duck below the improvised weapon, but it gave the Stunticon a moment’s break from the attack and an opportunity to charge in at him. There wasn’t enough time for Hot Spot to level his guns at him. Instead he tried to move out of the way and kick out at Motormaster as he charged past. He wasn’t exactly the most agile of Autobots, but hopefully he could get in some sort of blow on the crazed Decepticon thug.

Still aching, Hound came about, to face the rest of the battlefield. He saw Smokescreed lead Wildrider off, leaving just him and Breakdown in this sector.

"Ok, lessee if you and my friends can pay you back for smashing in my rear fender." The holographic Sideswipe and Sunstreaker moved to flank the scout, as all three transferred and fired their shoulder rockets. The three missiles flew at Breakdown, two merely convincing fakes, one quite real.

Breakdown had taken a moment to let Wildrider take advantage ebfore joining in. However, that ahd een spoiled by the autobot, Smokescreen, who had driven his comrade off. This left Breakdown with no choice but to handle things himself. Luckily, he ahd taken a few moments to notice things. First, the other two Autobots suppsesdly accompaneying Hound seemed to suddenly stop. Unless Widlrider or Megatron was experimenting with some form of temporal weaponry he didn't know about, he had to conclude they were holograms. Secondly, they didn't seem in too much a hurry to aid their comrade. Finally, he had eaerd of the two particular Autobots, Sideswipe and Sunstreaker and from their reputaiton, these two seemed rather quiet for two bots that were either joking around or so concerned about their physical apeparance.

Hound had Breakdown surrounded with the two holograms and himself. While he thought to call Hound out on using the same two holograms, he could play along. He simply had to rememeber that only firepower coming in Hounds direction was real. If he could take down Hound, he could assist Motormaster with that pest, Hotspot that made it his business to follow them all the way to this mudball of a planet.

>>"Uhoh... guess I bit off more than I could chew." he commented, though not being sincere in his comment. He charged at Hound as the scout and his friends opened fire on him. He swerves to avoid the "missiles" fired by the holograms and then transformed, leaping into the air and firing is gun at the remaining missle from Hound. He quickly blew up the missile. The momentum sent him towards the ground. He took a roll and transformed, and put on the gas as he sped at Hound at ramming speed.

Drag Strip kept firing his plasma energy blaster even after Hex avoided several of his shots with a backwards handspring maneuver. "Nice, but fancy moves won't save you from me, Autobot!" Drag shouted as he unleashed more laser fire at the retreating mech, who was now running towards the wooded area at the back of the drive-in. Slaggit! Not again. Can't these 'bots stay out of the damn woods? The yellow Stunticon thought as Hex disappeared into the trees.

Drag Strip quickly followed, approaching the wooded area with caution. He stopped several yards from the borderline, scanning for any signs of his opponent. He couldn't see too far in as the trees were very thick at that particular spot, but Drag quickly discovered that he did have one advantage. Looking down at the ground, he spotted a trail of energon leading into the woods ahead. Drag had, in fact, scored a hit on his Autobot prey. Excellent! It'll lead me right to him! The former racer readied his weapon and followed the glowing purple trail of fluid into the wooded area.

Drag Strip's pace slowed as the density of the trees around him increased. Near the center of the thicket, the yellow speedster found the end of the energon trail at the base of a large tree. However, he did not find the Autobot. "Where are you, coward?! Come out come out wherever you are!" Drag shouted as his optics kept watch for the slightest movement. Then he felt something wet drip onto his shoulder. At first Drag thought it was just water from the moisture of the surrounding plant life and paid it no mind. However, when more dripped down onto his arm, he looked over and saw that it wasn't water but the unmistakable purple visage of energon. So, that's where you went!

Drag Strip brought his blaster to bear and quickly spun around, looking up into the branches above where Hex was hiding. But, before Drag was able to get off a single shot, a sleek metallic arrow pierced through his left shoulder, causing him to stumble backwards and fall into the brush under him. "Arrrggghhh! You slagger!" Drag shouted as a terrible pain radiated down through his arm. As much as the wound hurt, the yellow Stunticon managed to aim his weapon with his other, good arm and return fire, blasting away at the large tree. Drag hoped he would either hit the young Autobot or do enough damage to the tree, itself, to bring it down along with Hex in the process.

Abandoned Drive in Theater

Hah! He’d done it - gotten close enough to strike without eating a blast from those nasty fireball guns at close range. Motormaster drew back, intending to drive his fist into Hot Spot’s face when the Protectobot leader lurched to the side and kicked out. The blow didn’t have much of Hot Spot’s prodigious strength behind it, and didn’t do much damage on its’ own, but his foot did get tangled in Motormaster’s legs, sending both mechs tumbling to the ground in a sprawl.

Motormaster landed with a thunderous boom. The collision sounded like a horrendous car crash. Of course, a semi truck slamming at high speed into a fire truck did make a cacophonous noise. The Stunticon leader kicked out to free his legs and dove again at Hot Spot. He was no master of Crystalocution, but he’d spent more than his share of time in the pits, and if he could get his hands around Hot Spots neck, he knew the fight was as good as over.

**

The wreckage of the concession stand wasn’t the greatest of cover, but it was enough to shield him from the blast of Smokescreen’s electro-disruptor. The blast would have wreaked havoc with Wildrider’s circuits, but didn’t even scorch the wood and metal of the rubble he hid behind. Wildrider snapped off a few more blasts of his own as Smokescreen charged across the empty space and took cover behind the restrooms.

What the pit is a restroom? Wildrider thought, but all curiosity fled with the appearance of a missile headed strait for him. He leapt from the rubble and had taken two steps when the missile hit the wreckage behind him. The resulting shockwave sent Wildrider flying through the air and pelted him with debris. He landed hard and skidded across the ground scouring his paint and leaving him dazed.

With a grunt of supreme effort, he managed to roll to his back and bring his weapon to bear. He wasn’t even aiming to hit at this point, just trying to keep Smokescreen pinned down long enough to regain his senses.

Hound had expected Breakdown to either get hit, to swerve, or to back off. He certainly hadn't expected the Stunticon to accelerate into the missile barrage, shoot down his missile and keep going. "Woah!! You guys are even crazier than I thought!!" And better!! To see my missile in the hologram barrage is no mean feat, to shoot it incredible!!

Thinking fast, Hound also transforms and drives towards the Decepticon, turning off the holograms and replacing them with a virtual smoke screen, enveloping both vehicles. He then swerves under the cover of the holofield. I know where the field ends, he doesn't!! I can get some distance while he gets lost!!

Breakdown found himself now covered in a smokescreen. This was rather impressive, though most likely a hologram created by Houndp Hey, it's not my fault you couldn't keep your stupid holograms running when I got ya! Besides, once I figured that out, it was easy to tell which way the missile was coming from. It's what some creatures call 'common sense.'" he said, trying to locate a possible source of origin.

He needed to find a means passed this one. For all he knew, that foolish Autobot was standing right in front of him. He reved his engines as he spead forward, though he could not find Hound. He was certain he was faster than the scout. He hit his breaks and tried another direciton. He had to be close by. This wasn't right. There was no way this Autobto could project such a sizable hologram. He needed another set of eyes. He opened his comm to the other Stunticons.

>>"Hey guys! He's got me in some sort of a holographic fog. I can't see a thing! Can somone tell me where he is? I'm flashing my brights!"<<, he said to the others, hoping one of them had adecent view and opening to tell him. He activated his brights, blinking them for a point of reference.

Hot Spot was happy to see his little move succeed in landing a solid blow on the menacing Stunticon. Unfortunately the attack also resulted in him becoming entangled with Motormaster, sending both of the Transformers crashing to the ground in a heap with a thunderous crash. There was a mad scramble as the two mechs fought to disentangle themselves and get back to their feet. They each knew that whoever got back up first was likely to have a decisive advantage in the rest of the battle.

Fortunately the Protectobot leader was quick to get back on his feet, fast enough to brace himself a bit for Motormaster’s next attack. The Stunticon leader lunged at him, his hands reaching for his throat. Hot Spot was able to catch his hands before they could wrap around his throat, cutting off the power supply to his neural circuitry. Now the two of them were caught in a pushing match as their hands were locked together.

Hot Spot had known going in that this would be an ugly battle. He was always willing to push harder and farther then any other Autobot. This battle was going to take all of that and more if he wanted to put down Motormaster and his gang of thugs for good. The Autobot lashed out with his right leg, aiming a kick squarely at Motormaster’s left knee. If it meant playing a little dirty to win this fight, then so be it.

Abandoned Drive-in Theater

The two titans shoved back and forth, very evenly matched, neither could gain much of an advantage. The whine of their servos was audible from halfway across the lot. It was only a matter of time before something, some little slip, gave one of them the edge. Unfortunately for Motormaster, Hot Spot found that edge, kicking out at the Stunticon’s knee.

No matter how heavily armored the rest of him was, there was only so much that could be done with the joints. The armor on Motormaster’s chest could withstand a blast from just about anything short of Megatron’s canon, but the his moving parts were, by necessity, much less protected. Where his chest, or even his shins would have taken the impact from Hot Spot’s kick with little more than a scuff, Motormaster’s knee joint crumpled like tin foil.

The Stunticon leader bellowed in rage and pain and fell forward. Despite his injury, he kept the presence of mind to grab Hot Spot’s shoulders to prevent a full collapse. He knew he was hurt, and in a bad position to boot, so he did the only thing he could – he drove his forehead into Hot Spot’s nose with all the force he could muster.

Smokescreen watched as Wildrider was hurled through the air from the explosive force of his missile. The terrorist landed a good distance from the concession stand and skidded to a halt. Wasting no time, the diversion expert brought up his rifle and opened fire on the wounded Stunticon. However, his attack was short lived as Wildrider shot back, forcing Smokey to take cover behind the restrooms again. Some of the lasers struck the brick structure, blasting away bits and pieces of it, while others simply missed their mark entirely. It was apparent to Smokey that Wildrider was still disoriented from the explosion and was merely trying to keep the red and blue racer pinned down. So far, the terrorist’s plan was working.

Time for a new strategy before my cover crumbles into dust, Smokescreen thought as he transformed into race car mode and sped out away from the restrooms. The diversion expert zoomed towards Wildrider as a pair of laser blasts struck his hood, causing only minor damage. “What’s the matter Wildrider? You seem a bit confused. Allow me to help make your confusion even worse!” Smokey taunted as he suddenly altered his course and began driving in a circle around the dazed Stunticon. The red and blue Autobot then unleashed his signature cloud of magnetic smoke which quickly surrounded the terrorist.

After making one last pass around Wildrider, Smokescreen broke off his attack and sped a short distance away. He then returned to robot mode and readied his rifle, watching the smoke cloud carefully for any signs of his Stunticon rival.

Hex had little time to celebrate his hit on Drag Strip when the former racer managed to aim his weapon at the tree and begin firing. The young mech managed to avoid the shoots at him, but the limb he was perched on was taking serious hits. Before long the wood began to splinter and creak.

“Oh sh…!” was all he got out before the limb gave way and he fell towards the forest floor. He quickly adjusted his path by pushing off the trunk of the tree with his feet so that he was now headed right for Drag Strip.

Once Hex finally landed it was on top of the yellow racer knocking both down to the moss and leaf covered ground. The young mech grit his teeth as he righted himself and quickly took hold of the end of the arrow sticking out of Drag Strip’s shoulder.

“The good thing about this arrow; once it enters it’s a bitch to get all the pieces out! Get the point?!”

He emphasized his words by shoving hard on the arrow plunging it further into Drag Strip’s shoulder. He had created the arrow to expel hundreds of tiny shards into the wound causing damage to hydraulic and fuel lines, along with jamming up gears. The Stunticon’s shoulder would be damaged, but not enough to be lame, and whoever did the repair would have one hell of a time getting all of the shards out.

Dead End reels back, clutching his face, howling in pain and rage. "You talk...then you fight...why? WHY? WHY DO YOU CONFUSE ME? WHY DO YOU SEEK TO DEGRADE ME AND MAUL ME?" His says, hate allowing him to recover, though his voice was now muffled sounding due to the damage to his face plate. "You want me to suffer pain? Live longer to allow you to inflict more agony on me?" Dead End optics burn as he glares at Lore-Lock hatefully. "Why are you doing this to me?"

He raises his gun and fires. "I can't die like this." His aim was off due to disorientation brought on him by the last strike. "You...Autobot scum. Is this your kind's mercy? I won't...I WON'T LET YOU GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!" That last sentence didn't do much to hide a tone of fear in Dead End's voice. He was struggling between his fear and anger as he desperately tried to stave off Lore-Lock. "Not like this...I won't...I can't die like this. I CAN'T!!! I CAN'T!!!"

Lore-lock grunted as Dead End's blaster bolts took him in both knees. The scout looked around for some type of cover. If this was going to descend into a shooting match, the last place he wanted to be was in the open. However, most of this complex was in an even further state of decay than when they had entered. He knew he could deflect some shots with his blade, but the axe was not as agile as a sword, and therefore not the best choice. While his circuits burned trying to find a logical solution, the enraged decpticon managed to land a few more shots.

Having decided that distance may be better than another point-blank shot, Lore-lock feinted to the left and then darted to the right, transforming and giving all the speed he could muster. His target, the wooded area at the rear of the theater. As he moved, he decided to risk a communication to Hot Spot

Hot Spot gave a brief, wicked grin as he heard Motormaster’s knee crumple under his kick. It probably wasn’t very Autobot-like of him, but it felt good to inflict that pain on the Stunticon thug. He certainly deserved it after all of the terror and destruction he had heaped on untold numbers of other beings, both mechanoid and organic. If the Protectobot could bring a bit of peace to all of the sparks this Decepticon had snuffed out then he should be able to enjoy it a bit.

Unfortunately that little bit of amusement was short lived. Hot Spot was a good fighter, but he was still an amateur when it came to fighting dirty. Motormaster was an expert at it. The Autobot stumbled a bit as Motormaster pulled him down, coming to a sudden halt as he smashed into his thick cranium. There was a sickening crunch and cracking noise as part of his face crumpled and dented from the impact.

The Protectobot was able to break free from his grip. He stumbled backwards, his hands flying up to his face. They came way with various floods on them as it leaked out from his wounds. He wasn’t particularly vain by any means, but it was a nasty hit that had hurt like the pit. With a growl he lashed out at the Stunticon with a kick to the head. He then scrambled for one of his cannons, scooping it up and pointing it right at Motormaster. “Give it up Con! I’ve got you dead to rights, and believe me I wouldn’t mind making it just the dead part. Order your team to surrender!”

Abandoned Drive-In Theater

Hound drives out of the holographic cloud, eager to get some distance from Breakdown. He scans around, trying to see what his fellow Autobots are doing. All in all, the battle seems to be going well for them, but the violence of the fight was incredible, both Autobot and Decepticon mauling each other in viscious combat.

These guys...They're bringing out the worst in us, making us stoop to their level. Damn them all...

Seeing Lorelock in trouble, Hound turns and heads toward him, reloading his missile launcher and firing at Dead End. "Don't sit around chatting kid!! You're a Cybertronian, you gotta stay flexible and adapt to your situation!!!"
